這個民宿酒店給了我幾個驚喜。第一是地理位置交通特別方便，廈門的BRT、環島路29號線、廈門港擺渡碼頭等等交通工具都非常近，步行可以乘坐。第二個驚喜是酒店位於中山路步行街，樓下的美食是廈門市最集中的，特色美食應有盡有。第三是樓下每天晚上燈火輝煌，進出賞心悦目。第四個驚喜，酒店的內部佈置是歐陸古典風格，油畫蠻多的，既有藝術氣息，又乾淨整潔。最大的驚喜，我住的房型是陽台大床房，陽台很大，可以盡情欣賞到整條中山路法式騎樓風格的建築和夜景燈火繁華，酒店擺放了一些鮮花，點綴了整個陽台氣氛超棒！另外，衞生狀況非常好。酒店的缺點是樓梯比較陡，但是酒店工作人員幫我提行李箱，所以這個缺點的影響相對降低了。總體上看，是一家非常棒的民宿，以後我去廈門玩，這家民宿酒店是我的首選。

強烈推薦帶露台這個房型。1.騎樓風格非常特別，一定要體驗，回到民國。但是樓梯，小姐姐很熱情幫忙提了行李箱，辛苦辛苦。但是孕婦長者可能不太方便。2.房間設計風格很美式復古，氣質拿捏到位，感覺老闆很有品味。投影儀可以看個電影。3.房間在同價位算面積大，露台空間感強。在城市中一直住封閉房子，需要空間。本來定了400多的，發現面積還沒這個大就取消了。4.位置很好，樓下100米就是你豪記裏脊等經典必吃榜，打車到豪記裏脊，走路1分鐘到酒店。但是晚上12點樓下商業街有點點吵鬧，如果要住在中山路都是有這個問題哈

位置就在中山路 去八市 碼頭 還有坐公交去黃厝 白城沙灘都很近 周圍吃的也多 外賣也方便 房間挺大的 就是不靠窗的話有點悶 洗臉盆在外面 洗臉的時候容易濺到地上 女生入住的話 洗漱化粧有點不方便沒有粧前鏡 希望改進下

交通方便，乾淨衞生，復古風格，就在中山路步行街，位置非常好找，管家小姐姐也很熱情，專門會去樓下接你，超級棒看過點評才訂的，到了酒店後真的沒有失望

房間很安靜 雖然不大 但是一個人是足夠了 想要便宜的也可以訂 房間裏都是一次性的 乾淨 因為是樓梯 房主都會幫忙搬行李 很貼心
