酒店優點:來酒店辦入住，接待的是一位男服務員態度很好，有問必答，很有耐心，忘記看名字了，坐了一天飛機高鐵太累了，酒店很新，設施設備很好。缺點：酒店新過頭了，房間還有一股裝修味道，後面叫服務員拿空氣凈化噴霧才勉強住得下，寫字枱下面還有幾跟頭髮，漱口杯也不是乾淨的，用過的都沒洗，放在那裡，酒店的早餐基本都是冷的，除了麪條，服務員中規中矩跟普通酒店一樣，但是你酒店打的是五星的，所以説服務員服務有待改進。
