A great experience! I really like this Wanda Realm Hotel in Beihai Bay. It is located right next to the sea. The scenery in the evening is particularly beautiful. Walking in the atrium of the hotel feels like discovering a new world. I took a few beautiful photos. The front desk service was very good. They helped me upgrade the room when I checked in. They enthusiastically introduced the hotel's business premises and facilities and equipment, and gave me a tidal schedule. 第一次入住廈門北海灣萬達嘉華酒店，從入住到退房全程都很舒心，入住過程很順利，vip服務經理小梅訊息也回覆及時，酒店介紹也到位，專業度也在線。因為是帶着小朋友過來度假，訂了一間親子房，酒店親子房較新，佈置及設施也相當的完善，小朋友一進到親子房就被驚艷到，感覺可以再房間泡上一整天。酒店的小童配套設施也相當完善，從小童樂園到温泉水樂園，再到出門就可以趕海，酒店還可以租借趕海公局，這一點算是酒店的服務非常貼心了。晚上我們還去用了自助餐，餐品品種豐富，口感也在線；第二天的早餐品類也相當豐富，小朋友吃的很開心，一直唸叨着下次還要來住酒店。十分感謝酒店的各個工作人員，碰到的服務人員專業度都在線，熱情周到。VIP服務經理小梅也能隨時隨地的能照顧到客人，總的來説，是一次非常舒心的入住體驗，下次有機會，還會帶小朋友來玩，也會推薦朋友來體驗。
