Oh my God! There's a receptionist called Lee who was super duper helpful and nice! He made us feel at home. The rooms are comfy and clean.

Personnel was friendly and helpful although calling the front desk didn’t get any reply in 2 occasions. The lobby was spacious and offers comfortable seating to rest for a bit. In combination with the clean toilets it’s very comfortable.

The hotel is easy to find and in a good location. I enjoyed the warm service on my check. However, the breakfast could be better and the room wasn’t absolutely comfortable, I felt like I was in a student dormitory than a hotel. The wifi works on and off.

I took my kids to Xiamen Science and Technology Museum and chose the nearby Xiamen Airlines Hotel, which is only a few minutes' walk away. It is very convenient. The staff are very enthusiastic, including Alan. The hotel facilities are of 4-star standard, and there is a gym and laundry room to meet the needs of travelers. I was particularly surprised that the king-size bed is 2 meters wide, so it won't be so crowded even if I bring my kids with me. The overall experience is very nice.

The room is big and clean. The bed is soft and comfortable. The kids love it so much. They lie on the sofa and watch TV as soon as they enter the room. I will stay here again next time I come to Xiamen!

The hotel service is very good, parking is convenient, and the main road is right outside. You can park your car directly in the garage, and there are plenty of parking spaces! There is a shopping mall behind, which is very convenient for eating. There are McDonald's and Watsons. You can stroll around the mall after playing in the evening and feel the slow pace of Xiamen~

The hotel actually has a free laundry room! I took my kids to the beach and came back with a pile of clothes. I wanted to ask the front desk for hangers, but the front desk told us that there was a laundry room on the 4th floor, which was free and could be dried directly. This is great! The breakfast was good, and the overall feeling of the hotel was quite satisfactory. Cleanliness and comfort are the most important things when you go out to play. I am very satisfied.

Xiamen Airlines' hotel has Xiamen Airlines elements everywhere, not to mention it's pleasing. I stayed in a room facing the road, the Xiamen Blue is so beautiful! I had also stayed at the Xiamen Airlines Hotel on Hubin Road before, and the service was called the "Haidilao" of the hotel industry! They always responded to every request, which was amazing~ Although this hotel is not as high-end as the other one, it is worth it to stay in this location at this price! I have to praise these two hotels of Xiamen Airlines. They should have a complete set of their own management model. Whether on the plane or off the plane, they give people a very comfortable feeling. It is the kind of service routine that is similar, with warmth but not too excessive. A hotel close to Xiamen Airport and with a large shopping mall nearby. It is clean and hygienic. The hotel manager Zhang Hongzhen has a very good service attitude. He also upgraded us to a suite for free and gave us welcome fruits. I was very satisfied with the hotel trip.
