2024年10月20日，我13個月大的女兒在廈門萬麗酒店被夾斷了一根手指頭！
酒店房間玻璃門膠條漏裝（玻璃邊緣裸露），小孩手指被房間玻璃門夾住，求助酒店方沒有得到妥善救援，小孩手指活生生被夾斷成兩截！除了設施存在嚴重隱患外，整個事發過程酒店工作人員彷彿沒有經過任何專業培訓，組織渙散、救援不力，嚴重加劇傷情，這樣的五星酒店，試問你敢住嗎？？
由於手指被死死卡進縫裡，最穩當的方式衹能是找工具把縫撐大，再把手指取出來。我們一邊找工具，一邊同步撥打電話請酒店人員救援。然而翻遍房間沒有合適的工具，而酒店方也遲遲沒有安排工具上門，在等待救援的漫長時間裏，堅硬的玻璃邊緣一直作用在她小小的指頭上，手指開始慢慢滲血，血順着玻璃門流淌下來，這個時候我女兒已經哭到臉色慘白喘不上氣了，我看到她已經嚴重變形的手指，知道這個手指是很難保住了，我害怕的止不住的發抖。這個地獄般的場景我們經歷了將近20分鐘！我至今不敢去想我女兒當時到底承受怎樣的巨痛，她到底有多疼多疼啊！...在得到有效救援的當下，這個13個月大的寶寶，手指也最終被夾成了兩截，手指掉落的那一刻，我的心也徹底碎了......
目前我們已向酒店發起索賠，而酒店全權推託給保險公司處理，保險公司又委託的第三方與我們對接。酒店方總是用最禮貌的口吻和最冠冕堂皇的説辭，實際行為卻極其敷衍並拒絕我們一切合理訴求。另一方面保險公司惡意壓低索賠金額，賠償方案出爾反爾。事發至今兩個多月過去了，我們的合法權益依然沒得到保障，等待我的是漫漫維權路。
原是充滿期待的度假，沒有想到因為酒店的過失開啟了漫長的噩夢。他們的組織管理是如此渙散，應急能力如此低劣，根本無法保證客人的人身安全。希望廣大消費者擦亮雙眼，珍惜有且僅有一次的寶貴生命，繞道該酒店！

Very welcoming and helpful at check-in. Great room and very quiet. Superbly designed hotel with a professionally equipped gym and full 25m indoor pool as well as a small warm pool with hydro massage jets. The outdoor area is spacious with numerous pools. There is direct access to a beach for great running and cycling. Very good quality and choice of food for breakfast. Just outside of the hotel are some very good seafood restaurants.
