It was my first time in Xiamen. I wanted to book Waldorf or Qishang, but Waldorf didn't have a big bed. Qishang gave up after reading several bad reviews. Finally, I was too lazy to choose, so I chose Conrad. In general, I was very satisfied. It can be said that it was beyond my expectations. The facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean, the environment is good, and the service is good. First of all, the service is really nothing to say. I booked the room around noon that day, but I didn't receive a call from the hotel, so I thought the hotel didn't have butler service. But when I checked in, Amanda at the front desk not only gave me breakfast and welcome fruit, but also said that she could provide butler service after seeing that I booked the room through Ctrip. She recommended many places to me, saving me the time to find guides myself. Even when I left Xiamen for Zhangzhou Ancient Town, Fujian Tulou and Dongshan Island, she could still give me suggestions, which was really good. In general, her service is thoughtful and considerate, professional and meticulous, responds quickly to customer needs, and always maintains enthusiasm and patience, and can solve problems in a timely manner. Every time I call the guest service phone, the staff will bring the surname + honorific title. If I remember correctly, this is the first time I have encountered this in so many hotels. I met three concierges in total, and each of them was very enthusiastic and had a good attitude. One night, the hotel also sent red bean soup. Geographical location The geographical location is indeed very convenient, close to most popular attractions, and basically it will not take more than 20 minutes to drive. Let's talk about the room Because it was raining when I came, I stayed in the Super Deluxe City View Room on the first day. The night view of the city is still very beautiful, the room is quite large, the bed is very comfortable to sleep on, the overall layout is very reasonable, and the cost performance is very high. The weather forecast for the second day was still cloudy, but the rain was a little lighter, so I changed to the Deluxe Sea View Room. It is best to see the sea view in the morning before leaving the hotel. The Deluxe Sea View is east-facing, and the Super Deluxe Sea View is west-facing and you can see Gulangyu Island. Personally, I think the Deluxe Sea View is not as good as the City View Room. The area of ​​the Deluxe Sea View is also large, but I don’t think the layout is very reasonable, and there is no cost performance. So my personal suggestion is to choose the Super Deluxe City View on cloudy days. On sunny days, choose the Super Deluxe City View or Super Deluxe Sea View. Let me talk about some disadvantages Disadvantage 1: (Those who drive by themselves, read it, those who don't drive by themselves, pass) Parking is not very convenient. If you drive by yourself like me, it is best to book a ground parking space with the hotel in advance. Otherwise, you have to go around a long way to find the basement, and there are many temporarily parked vehicles on the road near the basement. There is no conspicuous sign at the entrance of the basement, and you have to rely on your own eyes. If you miss it, you have to go around a long way again, because the road from the entrance to the basement is one-way, so once you miss it, it really takes almost 10 minutes to go back. When I came on the first day, there were not many people, so I parked on the ground. But on the second day, the hotel had an event, and the ground parking spaces were full. No one told me that the ground parking spaces had to be booked in advance, so I had to go around in circles to find the garage. I sincerely suggest that the hotel can consider valet parking services. Disadvantage 2: (For me personally) The Internet speed is really slow. I went out for a massage and it was windy and rainy when I returned to the hotel. I thought about playing two games in the hotel, but the Internet speed was extremely slow, as shown in Figure 3, with an update speed of 1M. Later, I left the computer on while I slept and kept it updating, thinking I could play with it the next day. But when I woke up, I found that the update failed because the Internet speed was too slow. Disadvantage 3: The sink only had soap and lotion, but no hand sanitizer.
