This stay at Duomei Apartment was a great experience! The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to Xiamen North Station, and extremely convenient for travel. It is located on the side of the road and is easy to find. There is also a parking yard, which solves the worries of self-driving. It is convenient to eat and drink around, and there are all kinds of food. The room is clean and tidy, making people feel extra comfortable. In short, Duomei Apartment is satisfactory in all aspects and is the best choice for travel accommodation. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

This time I went to Xiamen for a business trip and chose to live in this apartment hotel. The price is high, the facilities are complete, the sanitation is very clean, the room disposable towels and bath towels, the disposable toilet cover is free, the apartment hotel is in a good location, just opposite Xiamen North Station, the room window can see Xiamen North Station, 5 minutes walk, this hotel has a front desk and can store luggage, downstairs are restaurants, a good stay experience

This B&B near the train station really surprised me. It has a strategic location and super convenient transportation. It is very convenient whether you are catching a train or visiting surrounding attractions.
Moreover, the interior decoration of the B&B is warm and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy, making people feel very comfortable. The waiters were also super nice, warm and thoughtful, and made me feel like I was at home.
The most important thing is that the price/performance ratio here is super high and it is really worth every penny. If you also need a comfortable accommodation near the train station, this B&B is definitely worth a try~

The first time I arrived at the North Station, the southeast and northwest exits felt too big. Maybe the signal was not good. The navigation often prompted me to re-plan the route. I was afraid that I would make a mistake and take detours, so it took me a long time to find the direction. It's actually not far to walk towards the south square and onto the overpass. The storefront is small and the accommodation is in the BC building opposite. It's convenient to enter the password to open the door yourself. The duplex room upstairs looks cozy. The projection equipment is good. It's quite comfortable to lie on the big bed and watch a movie on the big screen.

Although it is a homestay, the appearance gives people a good feeling! The location is pretty good, just near the Software Park and not far from Xiamen North Station. It takes about ten minutes by taxi. The hotel has a stylish appearance, elegant courtyard environment, good room facilities, relatively new and clean. There is also a balcony with tables and chairs to look at the scenery outside the courtyard. The service of the girl at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. It is worth a thumbs up!

Friendly, caring and polite front desk and cleaning staff. Clean room. In walking distance from a shopping mall and restaurants. 5 minutes drive from the university town and Shigu road snack street. 15 minutes drive from the north train station. Convenient spot to take taxis, buses or the brt. Room was mostly quiet. A group of guests left their doors open while interacting with each other till late night for the two days, but the hotel itself was very quiet in general. Overall good experience.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

The double room was too close to the elevator. I was afraid that our children would not be able to sleep well. The boss specially added two big bed rooms I bought two beds and gave Xiang Piaopiao to the children

JJwGreat location. A little noisy as the room was facing the back road and the toilet windows cannot be closed. Escalators didn't work all the time. Wifi works for foreigner as there's an alternative way to login with the room number. We did not want housekeeping so they left water outside our door everyday.

GGuest UserMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.

Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
