各方面都還可以，未能給滿分的原因如下
1，一樓房門前走廊與外面的碎石地面有一定的高度落差但沒有設定步級和斜坡，一不小心就踩空

1.第一時間管家加了微信發提醒事項；
2.晚餐的雞湯鍋很不錯,阿姨也主動將我們沒吃完的肉肉打包起來明早煮麪吃. 不然好浪費；
3.晚上下了雪 環境還很驚喜！
差評如下：
1. 房間供暖差強人意. 我們定了兩間房.很明顯邊角的那間要冷很多. 管家解釋説可能是沒有提前開地暖. 水温上不來. 衹能做換房處理. 大家要注意提前讓酒店打開地暖. 不然感冒了不是小事兒；
2.因酒店在景區內. 所以要在酒店門口攔景區上山的大巴車. 但❗️大巴車是從景區門口出發. 一旦客滿 是不停車的. 我們在門口8:30-8:50等了二十分鐘. 至少過去了五輛車都無法上去. 第六輛也是站着 沒有座位；
3. 服務意識一般. 酒店沒有額外的活動. 就衹能在酒店內就餐. 附近什麼都木. 3-1我們攔不到車請他們把我們送上去. 答覆是“私家車限行 不讓走”3-2離開的時候要求酒店把行李送到山下的停車場. 頭天晚上入住的時候可以接. 但離開的時候又説私家車出不去？衹能送到大巴下車點 我們又自己推了一截兒.

感謝店家發現同行夥伴落下物品在房間，酒店位於雙橋溝內，下午三點後店家會安排到售票處接，住在景區內遊玩時間更充分，房間裝修是侘寂風，坐在門口看一下對面的雪山也很是恰意
