服務很專業，工作人員氣質俱佳工作服裝也好看，言談舉止中都彰顯連鎖酒店的專業性質，前台擺放的日常生活用品很適合出差人員使用，這點我認為非常人性化，酒店環境也是典雅端莊，大堂香氛非常好聞，不愧是老品牌連鎖酒店，值得信賴！

這次來新餘是為了訪親友，選擇了離親友家比較近的酒店，因為行程延長分了兩次預約，後來預訂的時候已經沒有雙床房，前台的小姐姐幫忙給備註了，續住當天前台非常熱情周到的幫忙續約前一個訂單的雙床房，避免了搬房間的麻煩，保潔大姐也很周到細緻，包括餐廳的工作人員也很熱情，本次入住體會到了維也納酒店的管理水平，是非常滿意的一次入住體驗！

門口保安服務不錯，耐心指揮了停車，介紹了新餘的天氣、酒店配套設施及旅行事項，入住期間也積極為了我們提供了貼心的關懷。酒店位置很好，房間空間也很大，適合一家子住，附近有好多飯店味道不錯。

這家店的服務真的超出我的預期，不得不在這裏大大表揚: 入住前一天會給金卡會員電話溝通，提前幫我準備了乳膠枕（因為）在家都睡乳膠枕很適應睡眠。 入住的時候前台除了提供爆米花之外，竟然還有可選飲料，水果茶和茅根水，住了這麼多酒店也是第一次遇到這待遇。 房間中規中矩，整體比較舒適。床墊跟羽絨被非常舒服，睡眠很好。 金卡送了早餐，選擇性非常多，品質也很棒。 退房速度快，大廳站滿了服務員，人員配置充足。 退房後的回訪也很周到，體貼。 周邊吃喝很多，以後來新餘感覺性價比非常高的一個酒店。
