酒店的地理位置絕佳，就在景區裏面 窗外就是無敵風景。
辦理入住時，前台mm 沙瑪拉.比加瑪麗特別nice，解答了關於班車、滑雪和温泉的各種問題，專業且耐心，非常贊。

房間乾淨，但是有一股很重的臭味，打電話前台，想要換房間，但是被告知沒有衹能提供一個空氣凈化器。工作人員説房間去年建好的，冬季遊客不多所以部分房間關閉，基本上每個房間都有這樣的臭味。在紗窗上發現小動物一衹。自助晚飯149一位，品類不多，品質一般。前台迎接服務還是很到位的，會幫忙把行李送到房間。

金陵山莊酒店已經是第二次來啦，服務好環境好，前台胖乎乎的小美女，態度很好，禮賓部的別克每天被我家小朋友黏着舉高高，特別有耐心，每天滑完雪回來泡個美美的温泉，真的很不錯。
