酒店環境非常非常好，我是長途旅行路過許昌，臨時起意去高手胖東來，晚上預訂入住的酒店，前台客服特別好，奉上銀耳湯，還主動升級房型！房間特別寬敞乾淨，有迎賓水果，加濕器！早餐可圈可點，非常棒！！！ 有幸再去許昌，必須選擇瑞貝卡芙蓉園酒店！

房間乾淨整潔

I stayed in this hotel again. The hotel is relatively new, very clean and the room space is suitable. Special praise: lobby, front desk, room, restaurant... Every waiter I met was polite and friendly, the service was in place, and they responded to my requests! The frozen food I bought from Pangdonglai can be taken to the basement for freezing, so that it is convenient to take it home. For people like us who often go to Xuchang for shopping, it is really a very suitable rest stop! Liu Qianqian, the deputy manager of the lobby, also paid attention to our experience after checking in. Thank you! If I have to make some suggestions to help the hotel improve, there are 2 points that can be improved: the water quality on the day of swimming on the 31st was not very good. I don’t know if it is normal or it is just like that day. Although I have stayed for many days, I only went swimming once; I was very satisfied with the breakfast in the restaurant, and I was very satisfied with the dishes ordered for the New Year’s Eve dinner on the 31st. I went to order almost the same things on January 1st, but the level of production did not feel like it was made by an apprentice. This was a little disappointing~ Well, I hope the hotel will get better and better, and I recommend it~
