酒店管家提前就跟我們打電話聯繫，確定好行程和到店時間，還在門口等我們，我們去酒店停車場，寶寶的洗漱用品和拖鞋一應俱全，酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，服務也非常好，還提供一次性的泡澡袋，特別是早茶準備的很充分，早上起來打開門就發現早安茶包已經掛在了門把手上，吃早餐的時候，工作人員也會詢問寶寶的餐食需要什麼很貼心

這家酒店就在雲龍山下，位置好、很安靜，住客很少，離中心地段也不遠出行還算方便的，另外很滿意管家子祥、程金和聰慧的服務，全程微笑服務態度熱情。 酒店設計感強、出片，住的舒服，是來徐州旅遊很好的選擇

酒店硬件一流，中式元素融入恰到好處，不愧排名第一。服務也是充分照顧顧客感受，有問題馬上解決，這點讓入住體驗非常好，也很感謝這次香薰體驗課的婷婷老師和管家服務，餐飲保留了食材最好的味道，儀式感很強，謝謝廚師帶來的美好味蕾體驗，也謝謝餐廳的服務生們，温柔體貼。提個小小的建議，希望不要讓其他客人穿酒店拖鞋用餐，影響其他客人感受。總之這裡是我住過的徐州酒店中體驗感和環境雙一流的酒店。祝酒店越來越好。
