It is located in slightly inside from the main road. But not too far and walking distance.

Ok hotel for it’s money. Wifi was very slow, so when needed to down load photos, was making it from outside cafes or other places.

Room is quite small.

Hotel is old , not like from pictures . Better choose other new ones

The school is not far from Shwedagon Pagoda and other important places. The service staff is very good and polite. Will come back to use the service again.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a market just outside. It is very convenient to eat, drink and buy things. The room is simple and elegant but a little airy. The service is good, but the breakfast has few types. Overall, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

good location, close to shops and markets, you won’t go hungry. the hotel is in good condition, it took a long time to prepare, we arrived later, but waited for more than an hour, unhurried people. The food is specific, spicy in the restaurant, it would be better to go somewhere to eat yourself. The view from the window, of course, is sad; you can reach the neighboring building with your hand. but staying overnight for a couple of days was fine.

I stay at this hotel a lot. But compared to Sanchaung, it is far behind

Convenient location. Near Shwedagon pagoda, a large park, street market, mall, cinema, markets. The staff is polite and courteous. Always help and advise.

It's the best hotel ever. Breakfast is delicious except Fried rice (really At this price rate in Yangon This hotel is the best)

The hotel is not very clean

I stayed there 19 nighs. There are some good points (mostly) and a few bad ones. Fistly the staff is very friendly and supportive. There can be no complaints about them. Secondly the management acted very responsible, when I was in a health danger situation. I am very thankful to them for that. The bad points: One Aircon was not working and I was told beyond repair. I waited for a word of excuse (or even compensation) by the General Manger Mr. Smith Tin Win Aye, but that never happened. Finally i asked 2 time for an appointment, only to hear that "he is not free" "he is busy". Is that a proper way to behave by a GM ? I dont thinks so. Finally it must be mentioned that I could hear every word from the guests below my room. But total lack of sound isolation is common in Yangon.
