第一晚入住，小台工作人員服務太度差！酒店內應有的礦泉水問前台説沒有，國慶一週遊，第一次遇到；出行不方便，自駕車説不能開進遇龍河景區，外地遊客一頭霧水！周邊環境差，亂！

這裏的商家不僅管理差，坑錢，體驗差，還玻璃心，破口大罵客人消費者，原來他們過往評價就有很多同樣不好的體驗！我也不是個例了！打電話問商家，比我兇得很，罵人，欺負消費者，而且他們不願意協商溝通，我打很多個電話都不接，電話是無法接通的而且更重要的是，他們有什麼問題，不願意給房客人處理的，説沒有我們的電話？我後台給你留言的手機號碼是什麼啊？這樣的服務態度和質量，不要去這裏住！！！！！！糟心，心眼太小了
