看我們帶了兩個小娃，給我們免費升級了房間，整體很滿意。亮點：服務很貼心，訂房後管家馬上就聯繫，入住提醒，停車注意等跟進服務很到位；昨天的灕江漁火節雖然沒有去成，但還是感謝管家提醒了當天有活動；波波池，餵羊駝、兔子，手工繪畫灕江石等，我家的小朋友很滿意；房間乾淨整潔，浴缸配了一次性袋子，很贊👍；天氣冷，晚上的甜點用保温燜燒壺裝的，晚上遲點吃還是熱熱的，細節滿分；早餐和下午茶都還可以，如果早上的牛奶是熱的就更好了。整體入住體驗還是挺不錯的。

這里的環境很舒服，內有兒童遊戲區，孩子在這里玩得不想走，很适合帶孩子來這渡假，下次还会再來。

They are the kings of mouth cannons---if you touch them, they will turn around and spit on your face. The damage is not high, but a little insulting. The children like it very much. However, the slide from the second floor to the first floor turns too sharply. It hurts every time you bump into it. It needs thicker cushions. The hotel front desk is very good. The shuttle bus is available on call. The handicrafts are creative. The sky on the roof is beautiful. The breakfast is of quality. The room facilities are also complete. It's a bit disappointing that the TV in the living room has no signal. We originally wanted to gather in the living room to watch a movie on Christmas Eve, but we don't know how to do it. The piano needs to be tuned and repaired.
