Points forts : acceuil -cuisine(excellente)-réceptionnistes -chambres (on nous a changé la nôtre faute de chauffage) -piscine externe-animation Points faibles : Piscine interne..eau de mer....mais....une arnaque. accessible de midi a 15h lors du repas vous pouvez tout comprendre. Par exemple nous qui ont séjourné 1 nuit on a pas pu profiter mais si tu fais massage a 70 dt tu as le droit d'y accéder...ou aussi si tu prends pack hamam a 200 dt Ca nous ai jamais arrivé dans tout les établissements que nous avons visité... malheureusement

Fabulous stay over the Christmas period, the animation team were simply brilliant especially Viki & Jambo. The hotel and facilities were very good and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have an excellent experience in Tunisia. We would definitely be coming back. All the staff were very welcoming and the spa was very well worth the experience.

The reception staff were very welcoming on arrival and the rooms were of a good standard. The bathrooms could do with being updated but the experience with the animation staff and the general hotel staff made the overall experience unforgettable. The food choices at the buffet were extremely varied great choices for both vegetarian and meat eaters alike. We would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be returning
