The quality and aura of the hotel was enormous. The variety of food in the main restaurant was sufficient, even outside at the barbecue. The room was cleaned every day and when we told Guest Relations about any shortcomings, they immediately rectified them. I would like to say that Guest Relations is the most active and solution-oriented staff in the hotel. Especially Ms Güllü and Ms Asya impressed us with their smiling faces and solution-oriented work. Although the lobby bar was busy in the evenings, the barmen worked hard. The general cleaning of the hotel was sufficient and the cleaning was done immediately.

We arrived late in the evening for an end of year holiday and we was very surprised when we walked in to the hotel it was like a palace. Rooms are a good size beds are double beds not two singles pushed together. There is a jacuzzi bath in the room The staff are all nice in the restaurants. Very clean all over the hotel Sadly a couple of the bar staff had attitude. Pool was a good size for the time of year we went I can imagine in the summer this would not be big enough for the amount of people wanting to use it. We liked this hotel and are looking to book again for next year

Well you enter the hotel and WOW it’s just brilliant it’s huge it’s spotless clean.we just got back this morning was still hot in the day but needed a jacket on the evening as it cools off when sun goes down. There is plenty of entertainment to do in the day a they didn’t try to force it on you which I thought was great last place we went they really did our head in.evening entertainment was also brilliant. We didn’t go in the pools was very cold. We had a massage which was great just wish there was somewhere to chill out after for a while we was up an out.Bedrooms are very big with a jacuzzi bath seperate shower an side sea view we was on 7th floor so again brilliant.There didn’t seem to be enough staff on in the restaurant so sometimes had to clear own table an get own cutlery but was no problem. There is a lot of flies around but isn’t there when you go abroad to some places.also a lot of cats about aswell which didn’t bother us but there not for everyone.Also the outdoor pool bar does good which is ordered at table that’s a great idea no queuing up but just wish people would move on when they finish,some people was sitting hours an others stood round waiting for tables.Highly recommend this place is has such a relaxing peacefull feel even thow it’s huge and a lot of people. Also there is building works going on next door but didn’t bother us it’s not overly noisey. Few little tweaks an this be perfect.

I’m not going to go into too much depth with this review. Good stuff. Lovely lobby and big spacious rooms. Bad Stuff. Early morning arrival and was waiting over a hour and half to check in with 1 guy on reception. Food was rank and repetitive with more flies than a sewerage works. Plates were never taken away and there was never a waiter around to get you a drink. Pool was freezing hence why nobody swam in it. Big queues at the outside pool bar. Beach was small and dirty, looks nothing like the pictures. Pool snack bar food was like rubber. Rooms were never cleaned properly just scruffily made the beds. Not enough staff. Nothing or nowhere to go outside the hotel. The list is endless, avoid at all costs this is barely a 3 star nevermind a 5. Star.

Das Hotel war leider sehr enttäuschend und hat nichts mit der bekannten Liberty- Kette zu tun. Soweit ich weiß wurde das Hotel letztes Jahr von Liberty übernommen und man hat nichts in den Hotel investiert.
Der Strand ist eine Zumutung. Es ist sehr flach und auch nach 50m ist das Wasser hoch bis zur Brust und zu dem voll von Seegrass.
Das Essen im Hotel ist unterstes Niveau, die alkoholischen Getränke sind billiger Fusel.
Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns das Hotel nicht gefallen, da dass Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis katastrophal war. Man hat für sein Geld nichts bekommen. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr zurückkommen.

Dreadful service , cleanliness and staff . The buffet restaurant had flies all over the food , and no staff wanted to clean anything away or put cutlery out . The lunch time restaurant was a joke , took ages and then half the time the food was raw / luke warm or didn’t arrive at all . The Al a carte restaurants were cleaner but also basic food and very rushed . Tried to order a milkshake one day at 5pm and despite them closing at 6 the woman refused to serve us and became very aggressive when we pointed out that the sign said they were open til 6 saying they can make changes as it’s the end of the season . I never saw anyone clean the communal areas or sun beds . The beach was filthy with cats using it as a litter tray , and no proper sand just shingle and stones . There was some random evening entertainment on a stage but nowhere to sit outside of any comfort ?! We raised our issues with the Jet2 rep and the guest relations staff , we didn’t really get much of a response from guest relations, it seemed like everyone had just given up and had no desire to be there. I would never return . The place is a disgrace and so are the staff who work there .

We zijn een gezin die 2x per jaar naar Turkije gaat. De keuze van dit hotel was gebaseerd op de reviews. Vergeleken met de hotels die we gewend zijn in Turkije viel dit hotel wat tegen. Eerst de pluspunten: - hotel heeft een mooie uitstraling - mooie en nette lobby - goede cocktails - ruime kamers met goede bedden - Tokio bar maakt goede cocktails en fijn om er ‘s avonds te zitten - Koffiebar geeft goede koffie en ruime keuze in gebak en koekjes - Milkshake & Smoothie bar was verrassend - Specialiteitenrestaurants zijn all Inclusive (wel op tijd boeken) - 16+ dek met eigen bar en zwembad (wel met ijskoud water en kapotte whirlpool) - fijn dat je bij vroege aankomst gelijk je kamer krijgt en ook bij laat vertrek je kamer kunt behouden. Aandachtspunten: - Veel te weinig personeel in restaurants en bars - Tafels blijven lang vies en worden niet opgeruimd/ schoon gemaakt - Er wordt geen drinken in het restaurant geschonken (moet je zelf regelen) - Het buffetrestaurant is eentonig en geen goede kwaliteit van eten (harde spaghetti/ lasagne, te door gekookt, geen variatie, ongare pancakes) - In het buffetrestaurant werden kommen en bestek niet tot nauwelijks aangevuld (moet je vervolgens bij de soep je kom en lepel halen voor het toetje) - We zaten in de laatste week in het hotel voordat ze gingen sluiten. Dat was goed te merken. Niet alles was meer aangevuld, niet alle cocktails beschikbaar in de bars. - Fitnesstoestellen zijn kapot of doen het niet. - Sauna/ stoombad is meer een kinderparadijs dan dat je er kunt ontspannen. - Het water in het zwembad (ook binnenzwembad) is ijskoud - Slechte schoonmaak - Bedden rondom het zwembad niet schoon - App voor het boeken van de specialiteiten restaurants werkt niet. Je kunt verschillende tijden reserveren en vervolgens krijg je een afwijzing dat deze vol geboekt is. Geef alleen de beschikbare tijden op. - Wij zijn geen strandgangers, maar ben je dit wel dan is het strand erg klein / kort. - Er vinden werkzaamheden naast het hotel plaats. Dat begint om 8.00 uur ‘s ochtends tot ongeveer 19.00 uur ‘s avonds. - Faciliteiten in het hotel zijn behoorlijk aan de prijs (kapper, massage, kleding).
