I’ve been to this hotel as it was new and it changed a lot. The staff wasn’t very helpful in solving the problems and not very friendly as well. The breakfast has changed a lot. Now it’s a good hostel breakfast but not a 4-star hotel breakfast. The windows can’t be opened properly.

A couple of things to improve
The hotel is in a secluded Court, which is both good and bad. Essentially it is quite safe and you can park the car there for free. However finding it is quite hard, and parking can be quite complex since it's very narrow.
We had a little problem with our room. Again good in the sense that they fixed it quickly, but bad because they knew about it and didn't do anything until we called them.
Breakfast could definitely be improved.

Such an amazing hotel, everything was very clean, staff was super friendly, within walking distance to city center, amazing restaurants. The hotel had breakfast included and it was amazing. Would book again.
