Nice place to stay in Yerevan 20m minutes walk from republic square apartment opposite to American university Armenia. Owner also very friendly nice view from balcony also full freedom

The location is very good, the apartments are located in an annex house, as I understand it, in the Armenian style. Responsive staff - promptly responded to questions and requests. We booked because there was a late flight, and in the previous apartment it was not possible to extend the stay. The mattress, by the way, is very good. There is even a small kitchenette with a microwave, perhaps even a stove (to be honest, I don’t remember).

Check-in to our room was delayed for two hours, the room was cleaned. After checking in, they were very upset, because the room was dirty, they washed the toilets themselves. In general, everything is in a deplorable state, no one has washed the curtains for a long time and no one has done a good cleaning for a long time, the walls are smudged in places and very badly, the toilet seats are broken, the sinks are clean only inside, but everything is in soapy streaks on the sides. The floors are not washed properly, and the carpet should be thrown away for a long time ... Only the linen was clean, the towels too, but some had a strange unpleasant smell, whether someone smokes next to the linen, or where they dry it stinks - I don’t know. In general, everywhere is dirty! The only plus is the location and you can relax with a big family! The owner is kind. But we won't come back to this room!

The worst ever accommodations to stay! Miserable environment to be in. Our apartment was very dirty, smelly, noisy at nights and generally unpleasant. We had to buy cleaning products and clean the apartment ourselves. The walls in every room had huge cracks making us feel unsafe. The building may be earth quick prone, but obviously we had no information on that. The beds and bedding very old, pillows and duvets were stained from previous users. The service desk unattended and we were unable to get any information we needed. I emailed the manager/owner Sevak and followed up twice, but he just ignored us! Very unprofessional. The TV had no signal and WI-FI was disruptive. I would discourage anyone to book these apartments otherwise your holiday will be ruined!

The unit wasn’t ready when we booked the room and we had to wait hours before the workers would show up and cleanup the rooms. Worn out cabinets and wardrobes made it difficult to shut the doors or operate. The plumbing under the sink broke within 2 days of stay flooding the entire kitchen and the living area. The worker showed up blaming us to use the hot water that caused the plumbing problem. We were denied extra towels because we were only 3 guests while the unit we rented is for 6 people.
