入住後，夜間房間沒電了。房間告示的前台電話是外線，衹能用手機給前台打電話。零時左右維修師傅來了，確認是空調電加熱壞了，跳閘了。師傅説修不了，換個房間吧。
已是夜間一點鐘左右，陰冷中湊合一晚。早上去前台，服務員説，衹能下午兩點以後換房間。你行李存前台，退房。下午辦一下入住手續。我説，住三天退什麼房？換個房間這麼麻煩？她又説，中央空調沒開，房間温度都是一樣的。我覺得酒店必是想搞鬼。決定不換了。湊合三晚。
第二天上午，我在宜昌博物館參觀時，酒店前台又給我打電話，説剛消防演習，你房間警報器響不要介意。我説在博物館。她説那沒事了，打擾了。我覺得前台是在核實房間客户的手機號碼。
真是“上有九頭鳥，下有湖北佬”。
在夜間温度七八度的房間過三晚，以後不要給我推薦這家連鎖酒店。
