Juneyao International Hotel

Very bad! It's a five-star hotel. As soon as I entered, I smelled musty. I thought it was an old hotel so I was going to turn on the air conditioner for ventilation, but it didn't work. I asked the front desk and they said there was no air conditioning. The temperature of around 20-25℃ shouldn't be so bad that the air conditioning couldn't be turned on! Then I went to work, and when I came back at night, I couldn't bring takeout upstairs because there was no food delivery robot. These were still tolerable. The most terrifying thing was that when I was getting ready to go to bed at night, I found that the sheets and pillows under the quilt had yellow stains. The color of the pillow core was even more terrifying, and there was a peculiar smell! I lay on the quilt with my clothes on all night and checked out of another hotel the next day. When I checked out, I reported the situation to their staff, and they asked me for photos, but there was no reply. This is a five-star hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, parking is convenient, the front desk staff is of high quality, the processing speed is good, and there are reminders on key issues, which is very good. The rooms are good, the service staff are also very dedicated, and the layout is meticulous, thumbs up! The breakfast is standard, the hot dry noodles are OK.

整體入住都很滿意，不愧是宜昌市場最好的酒店，位置也很好找，就在市中心，房間衞生做的很乾凈，打掃的都很仔細，前台淼淼服務細心周到，很滿意的一次住宿體驗，下次來還住均瑤酒店👍🏻

酒店位置非常好，服務態度也不錯。
