Visited the hotel with my family, stayed in room 720, great food, room, ambience and roof top hot spring facility, just that roof top hot spring area closes from 11:30 to 2:30, which is a bit inconvenient. Most of the staff members we saw are very polite and accommodating! A female staff member we saw at 11:30 on the 14/Nov at the hot spring reception was not friendly at all. She was the only staff at the hot spring area at that moment. There was two hair dryers hanging on the wall, one of them was not working. I passed the broken hair dryer to her and reflected this issue. She simply took the hair dryer without a word and totally ignored me. Her expression shows that she absolutely didn’t want to be there. She is unbelievably rude and way below ********* hospitality standard!

We bring our wheelchair bound mum for our planned Taiwan travel. Booked 3 rooms. The rooms are very spacious and clean. My mum and all our family members were very satisfied with the rooms. And the 温泉泡as well. All good except for the typhoon Krathon which disrupted our travel itinerary.

Room was big and clean nearby food stores and convenient stores. Recommended for families.

A new hotel, clean, spacious room, good breakfast spread. Need to take note that the English Name of the Hotel is Gamalan Spring instead of Gamalan Star.

Location is fantastic. Room is exceptional good especially the bed and in room hot spring tub. Very clean & Spacious.

The room is very spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly too. I made dinner buffet reservation and enjoyed a good price for it. The food variety is good and it worth the money. I enjoyed my stay here very much. Especially with the hot spring in the room. Highly recommended.

This hotel has everything you need for. Only that the bathroom accessories used are not up to standard. Expect this hotel to partner with some famous brands for that. Also the hair dryer also spoil what it is a high class and beautiful hotel.

The location is well situated for the hot spring (onsen) town. Town is a bit in the quiet side which is good for a restorative weekend get away. The renovation is new, and place is clean. Breakfast spread offers wide range of raw vegetables, a vegan haven which is pretty standard fare for a 4 star ********* style hotel. On the same ground floor, there is a bakery offering delectable selection of pastries. Only downside is it is not opened till 10am.

I booked the newly built Gamaran Hotel while traveling to Jiaoxi, Taiwan for a family trip. Starbucks was on the first floor, so it was easy to find the accommodation, and the location was great because it was in the center. The room was a family room, so it had a double bed and two single beds, and it was bigger than other hotels, so it was very comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was mainly seafood, and we used the second time because there were many guests. There is a discount for guests staying at the hotel, so it would be good to use it. The breakfast was also clean and good. The most important thing is the hot spring!! It is definitely a hot spring village, so my skin was soft~~ I liked it so much that I want to go again next time. The room had a private hot spring, and you can use the open-air bath with a swimsuit, so I recommend that you bring it. I plan to use it again next time. I found a hotel that I like after a long time^^

The room is large, the hot spring pool in the room is also great, the breakfast is good, but the public hot spring on the top floor (wear a swimsuit), there is no shower room there, which means you can take a bath without taking a shower first, which is quite strange, but the overall cleanness is

The location is great, there is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is large and the floor is made of wood and is very comfortable to walk on. The bathroom is large and the water drains quickly. The hot spring water in the open-air bath on the 8th floor is high and there are beautiful lights at night. There are many choices for breakfast and the service is also very good. overall Will stay here again with my family.

This time I stayed in a Japanese-style family room. The children happened to be my brother and I, and two adults. This bed configuration is really considerate. The parking lot is right opposite the hotel, which is very convenient and easy to find. As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a friendly luggage delivery service. I was also pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. There was an oversized TV and a Japanese-style coffee table area with bright lighting. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room. It was very comfortable and relaxing to make a cup of coffee and sit in the coffee table area to chat with your family. The room type is relatively long, so the configuration of having two TVs in the room is very considerate. The only inconvenience is that when operating the remote control, it will affect both TVs at the same time. You must go to the open-air hot spring on the top floor. After experiencing all the hot springs, spa facilities, steam room ovens and cold springs, everyone in the family gave it high praise and it was worth the price! You can go earlier, around 5 o'clock in the evening, as there are fewer people. Next time I come to Yilan, I will want to stay at Gamalan Star! recommend!
