The starry ceiling in the room was absolutely beautiful! Sleeping under it at night was such a treat. The breakfast was really good, and dinner was great too. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is quite new. The breakfast was pretty good. We stayed @7th floor. Slightly far away from Kamalan bus stops about 10-12 minutes walk. (because I was with my 84 years old mom. It took us about 15-20 minutes walk.) Otherwise, its a good staying. Very specious. The bed was super comfortable. My mom slept through the night first time in a long while. I’m happy.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but for some reason, after I went out to buy something and came back, the air conditioning had switched to heating. Walking into the room felt like stepping into an oven.

The hotel's location is superb, making transportation incredibly convenient. The facilities are well-appointed and high-quality, catering to both leisure and business needs. The dining experience was particularly impressive, with delicious, exquisite, and diverse options. It was an absolutely flawless and perfect stay!

The breakfast was incredibly generous, and the room's amenities were almost entirely automated – electric curtains, a smart toilet, a starry sky ceiling, and one-touch frosted glass in the bathroom. Everything truly amazed me!

The location is superb and very convenient. Plus, there's a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Yilan.

The private onsen in the room was spacious enough for my girlfriend and me to enjoy without feeling cramped. It was very comfortable, highly recommend!

The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. There's a Starbucks right downstairs. Our room had a private hot tub, and the decor was lovely and clean with ample space. There's also an outdoor hot spring (which we unfortunately didn't get to use). The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a more Chinese focus, and the quality was excellent for a hotel of this caliber.

Good location close to restaurants and local shops, with lots of onsens around. Can cook bamboo, egg, corn in associated hotels. Have fish pool and good hot spring facilities. Breakfast is at average. Sound proof not good, there are kids living upstairs jumping and making loud noises every night till midnight, so didn’t sleep well.

The room was very spacious, and it even had a private hot spring bath inside. The tub was large enough for two people, which was perfect. The hotel is located right on the old hot spring street, making transportation very convenient, and there are many delicious local eateries nearby.

An excellent family place of stay. The family room was fantastic and had good onsen onsite facilities and breakfast provided was a plus.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. The breakfast spread and quality is good as well. There’s complimentary fish spa and many outdoor onsen pools for guest usage. Downside only ONE lift for the hotel, need to be patient at times. Overall good.

The steam room was hot enough, and the spa pool's jets were great, but I felt the spa pool's temperature was too high. The sauna's temperature could also be a bit higher. Since there's no shower facility in the steam room, I'd suggest adding a rinsing area on that floor. It's inconvenient to have to go all the way to the shower room (you're sweaty after the steam room, which isn't ideal for going into the spa pool). With only two shower stalls, it's really not enough for both hotel guests and those who bought passes. For the fish spa on the second floor, I'd also recommend adding a faucet so guests can rinse their feet after the fish pedicure. Other than that, everything else was good. It's a hotel I'd want to revisit.

We stayed in the family room with a separate living room, and it was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The room comes with an onsen tub, as well as a drinkable water tap that even provides hot water, which was very convenient. Breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable. The hotel is also in a great location, with many shops just steps away. This was the best hotel stay of our trip, and we were very happy with our experience.
