The hotel room is different from the photos I saw when booking. The room is located next to the lobby on the first floor. Other guests passing by found it very noisy. The pool in the room is of a good size and the breakfast is not bad.

The location and the quality of hot spring are very good but the room was not very clean, especially toilet.
I requested front desk to clean it again and they did it soon after and gave me a voucher of Touhwa shop for apologies; however, after all the toilet was still not very clean and stinky a bit.
BF was also quite local and changed every other day it was not a proper hotel BF but cooked by local people authentically. I liked it, but again, the hygiene in the canting was poor. No one wiped the tables after the first guest left, and next people seated.

The room for 4 people has enough space and a large bathroom. It is an older business hotel. There are simple facilities in the play area on the 6th floor. Children can play, but the floor feels like it needs repair. The welcome cookies in the afternoon are very generous and will always be there.
