Location near to restaurant and massage. Breakfast ok with some local food and porridge. Hot spring inside room very convenient. Carpark lot enough.

The location is about a 5-7 min walk from Jiaoxi station. The room is spacious and well kept. Breakfast is decent and the spread is adequate. The Hot Spring in the hotel room is the highlight of the room. Good view & excellent service by the hotel staff. Special mention to the staff, Kelvin Lim for the warmth hospitality shown.

Driving from Kaohsiung to Yilan🚗 It's already afternoon There is thoughtful afternoon tea service🍰😋 Let me replenish energy💪🏻 The hotel room 👍 is clean and comfortable Hot spring♨️bathing location😊 You can see the city view and Guishan Island as far as the eye can see😍 The breakfast meals are all great 🥰 Have good memories

The 4-person room also has a small living room. The breakfast is rich and varied. The staff is very friendly. You can make an appointment for station pick-up. Adults and children can have fun in the spa pool.

What I am most dissatisfied with about this hotel is the front desk. There were three of us who accidentally booked the wrong room type, and then we went downstairs to book another room, which turned out to be more than RMB 1,000 more expensive than online. It was really cruel. When I first arrived in Taiwan, I felt that how could people here be like this? It was too bullying and exaggerated.

The parking lot of the hotel is spacious. After parking the car, we took the elevator directly to the lobby on the first floor to check in. The contact staff were very kind and found the reservation information immediately after asking. It was still a while before the check-in time. There happened to be a room for us to check in immediately. The room was neat, clean and tidy. It's very comfortable to sit outside on the balcony. The toilets are separated into dry and wet areas and there is a hot spring pool. The facilities include a game room that is favorite for children. There is a water dispenser next to the pool which is very convenient when you are tired and thirsty. The breakfast options are quite diverse including porridge, rice, noodles and salads. , drinks, and almost everything you can think of were provided. This trip was very comfortable and enjoyable.
