這一次竹林深處藏着我們的目的地！
雖然無錫來了許多次 無錫的寶藏後花園宜興我們還是第一次來做客！
倚窗而立 映入眼臉的是超級出片的泳池
看着它立馬進入了度假的模式！

很難相信這是一家度假酒店，比雅達溪山凱悦還貴那麼多，我還以為是有格調的小奢酒店，沒想到不如普通民宿。宜興好酒店那麼多，沒必要來這家遭罪1.基本沒有管家服務，需要客人自己提前一天打電話聯繫，加上微信也什麼訊息都不説，需要什麼都要一遍一遍問.2.房間內大浴缸還不錯，但居然需要服務員來房間給放水，一放就是十多分鐘，服務員不耐煩，客人也尷尬，而且衹能泡一次澡，因為不讓客人自行放水，被震驚到3.有餐廳但是沒有飯，因為廚子不夠了，客人衹能去附近農家樂吃飯，度假酒店的飯可以貴，甚至可以不好吃，但是沒飯吃真不能忍。4.大堂又亂又暗，一進來真想轉頭就走。槽點太多不一一列舉。我相信服務人員是想服務好客人的，但是這家酒店一共就看到2個服務員，前台客房餐廳開擺渡車，而且能感覺到員工滿意度不高，服務人員非常疲憊

非常驚艷的一次住宿。房間裏的按摩浴缸太能舒緩一天遊玩後的疲勞了。飲用水提供的是Fuji，洗漱用品是歐舒丹馬鞭草系列，吹風機是戴森，硬件方面槓槓的。衞生方面沒有給滿分的原因是：當天早餐是雞湯麪，吃的時候聽到工作人員和旁人聊天説前一晚誰誰誰出去吃飯，打包了一些菜和雞湯回來，她便讓廚房早餐做雞湯麪。不確定是否是打包回來的雞湯做的，雖然應該經過高温再煮過，但還是想如實敍述一下。

國慶酒店價格上浮實屬正常，但是該酒店的服務顯然是配不上這樣的價格，平日也快兩千，講究返璞歸真沒錯，可開業這麼久了，不知道是缺乏培訓還是工作人員的服務意識欠佳，比較冷漠甚至要求客人早點退房，理由是假期人多（而我也沒看到兩點前有多少急着辦入住的客人）全程更不會主動介紹，一切就是古板得應付式回覆，如果説衹賣個位置和環境可以來嚐個鮮。早飯也不用期待，比較簡單。

The room is large, with a huge jacuzzi, a pleasant view outside the window, and seasonal welcome fruits. The hotel is small but has complete facilities, a quiet and beautiful environment, and the service staff are very kind.
