Hotel staff were hospitable and friendly. Upgraded our room. The only concern or complaint was the hot water not staying hot. It kept changing to cold.

The most satisfying hotel in this trip. Traveling is very convenient. It is right next to Yongin University. There is a small train that goes to Everland. You can take the train to City Hall Yongin University Station and walk to the hotel in a few minutes. The front desk staff are very gentle, especially a young girl who can speak Chinese, who is very nice. The hotel room has a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer. Very nice hotel.

The view is good and the cleanliness is really good! The front desk staff is also friendly. It's on the 25th floor, so it's almost the top, but the elevator is fast.. However, the condition of the dining table and chairs inside is not so good, and there is no dressing table, so it's inconvenient.

Excellent price/quality ratio. The hotel is located near the metro station. The room is huge. The room has: a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a stove, a washing machine, TV. The choice of food for breakfast is small, but the breakfast itself is very tasty. And the most important thing is that the hotel is located next to EVERLAND.

I think it was a suitable accommodation for a three-girl trip. I stayed here as a cabby, and it was nice to have a washing machine and microwave. Simple cooking is possible, and the dining table is spacious. However, the bathroom had a structure that made it difficult to keep water from splashing inside, and the faucet seemed to be old. The bed did not feel soft or of good quality. I ordered breakfast included, but it was an average breakfast, and they serve the dishes themselves after the meal. There were only a few people eating that day, so I wasn't sure if there was a need for that style. Some employees stood very awkwardly or felt awkward when making eye contact. I felt the taste was above average. It was a Korean-based meal mixed with Western food. Still, it was close to the light rail station, had good supermarkets and infrastructure nearby, and was within a 15-20 minute drive from Everland!

I went with my mom, and she was very kind. Thanks to her consideration, the room was very clean and I slept in a quiet place, and honestly, the facilities, building condition, and service were so good that I thought 3 stars might be too low. There was no smell at all in the building and it was clean. Parking was good, and there was a convenience store inside, so it was very convenient. And I don't know if the soundproofing was good or the room was empty, but it was quiet and I slept well. Thank you!

At around 8 o'clock in the morning, the hotel staff suddenly entered my room. I was sleeping soundly at the time, and they suddenly entered my room without my consent. I communicated with the hotel front desk at the time, but they just told me that they remembered the wrong room. The hotel management is very chaotic, and when something happened, they did not solve the problem from the customer's perspective at all.

It was a place where a family of four used, and it was spacious and comfortable. It's good for families. Parking is also convenient. It's good value for money at this price.

When I came in, a female staff member greeted me warmly and kindly guided me. The room was clean and the scenery outside was beautiful. However, even though it is a room for 6 people, only 4 people can connect to the wifi because there is a limit on the number of people, so I recommend inquiring about this in advance. There are three beds, one of which was soft, but the other mattress was a bit hard and felt a bit uncomfortable. Also, please bring your own toothbrush. There is a toothbrush, but the bristles fall out and you feel a foreign body sensation while brushing your teeth. Still, it was nice that they provided two room keys so I could put one in and take the other out. Also, I was able to go in and out easily at night. It was a good hotel for the price. I was able to have fun memories with friends I hadn't seen in a long time. Information - There are 6 outlets in the living room, as well as in the kitchen and bathroom.
