非常好，地理位置就是景區，房間裏看風景，舒徐的很，空氣舒服，好美，老闆娘一家特別熱情熱情，早飯特別好吃，海鮮麪以及蛋仔都是一級棒，環境好的很，以後會經常來

特意選了孩子喜歡的榻榻米，房間稍顯緊湊，老闆挺熱情，來的時候幫忙拿行李，還幫忙去停車場找停車位。剛到的時候，發現在馬路邊，比較擔心晚上吵，不過住下來還好，晚上挺安靜的，窗户關起來，基本沒啥影響。民宿附近有很多餐館，還有咖啡廳，甚至有肯德基，吃飯選擇空間很大。
民宿離靈峯景區走路衹要10分鐘，早上起來去玩了出來，再回民宿收拾東西也很從容。

民宿離靈峯景區一公里左右，出行很方便，一進民宿就感覺很温馨乾淨，房間也出乎意料得乾淨，性價比特別高，早餐海鮮麪也很好吃。老闆娘特別熱情，去雁盪山玩基本不用做什麼攻略，老闆娘會告訴我們三天兩夜的行程安排。
