Non smoking room smelt of cogarette and some huests were clearly smoking . Didnt sleep from 3 am to 8 am.

Given your rating, we expected a better experience, but it ended up being absolutely disappointing. Among other problems, they were confused about our reservation and payment for the room, then they placed us in a room of a lower category than the one reserved, which, in any case, was next to the reception, so we heard all the noises of the entrance. Next, the new room was in a state of significant disrepair, with damp stains on the wall, mold in the bathroom and other broken elements. In addition, 2 of the 3 nights that we did not stay, the Wifi did not work and the accommodation is more than 40 minutes walk, with a steep hill included, from the center and the train station, so it is not accessible if you do not have a car. However, despite the problems, the friendliness and collaboration of the staff did stand out. In short, I do not recommend it if you come to Zagreb for a couple of days and want to get to know the center on foot, and if you return I would look for another option.

Whenever I travel to Zagreb I stay at this establishment and it is always perfect in every way. Highly recommended.

Habitación pequeña pero muy limpia y con posibilidad de usar la cocina equipada. Parking gratis y a 20 min dando un paseo del centro. Las trabajadoras majisimas, nos dejaron hacer uso de la cocina despues del check out. Es un sitio calidad-precio muy recomendable.
