I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? Visited the hotel with girlfriends on a long weekend ski break. The hotel is wonderfully situated with lake views at every window. We had a twin room, with a separate shower and toilet. There was a lot of additional furniture in the room, including a desk and chair. We did a bit of furniture removal with the help of housekeeping and made the room perfect for two of us sharing. Towels and sheets where changed on the 3rd day. Buffet breakfast with hot and cold options set us up for the days skiing. A free shuttle to the closest lift (it’s not far but all uphill so don’t try it in ski boots) went every 30 mins in the morning. Dinner options are chosen in the morning, with 3 courses and a salad bar. On Sunday night there was a buffet style dinner, with lots of variety. They don’t offer a post ski hot drink or cake as some hotels do. There was soup on offer. However there is a well stocked tea/coffee station in the room and lots of places to buy snacks from as you come back to the hotel. The spa and fitness area was in the basement but again overlooking the glorious lake vista. Swimsuits are optional in the steam/sauna so may not suit us reserved Brits! The ski area is fantastic and we where blessed with fresh snow each day and all 3 ski areas can be accessed from the shuttle bus drop off.

We had the most amazing stay here. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, the room was fantastic, the bed was super comfy and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Easy transport to any mountain you want to explore. The sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were perfect after a long day on the slopes. The staff arrange lovely activities, the torchlight walk with Nikki is a must! If you get a chance to watch an ice hokey game it’s worth it but do wrap up it’s really chilly! Highly recommend eating at Yor ribs if you get the chance - best we’ve ever tasted! One of the best holidays I’ve ever been on, thanks for making it memorable Cella Central!

We don't usually write reviews, but this hotel deserves a review because we had an unusual experience that meant a lot to us. If you are looking for a hotel that will provide you with standard services, this hotel will certainly not be a bad choice. Everything was flawless and in order. The staff was always nice and helpful. The food was perfect and the wellness was exclusive. In fact, everything corresponded to the exact Austrian quality and higher standards of a demanding guest. However, the reason why I decided to write a review happened on the last day. My wife lost a family jewel that meant a lot to her. In most hotels, they would tell you that they are sorry for the situation, but unfortunately there is nothing they can do. However, Hotel Alpenblick faced the matter head on. For several days, they blocked a room that they could not rent. They called a carpenter and had him disassemble the bed because the chain got stuck behind the headboard and after three days they called us to say that they managed to find the chain and want to send it to us. I travel a lot and this approach to a guest who is no longer in the hotel can only be expected from a family guesthouse, where you know what tradition and family values ​​mean. We really appreciate their approach and are very happy to have been guests. For us it became an unforgettable experience not only because of the great service, but also because of the absolutely above-standard approach of the owners and the entire staff. I can recommend the hotel because with your visit you will support family values ​​and not a global society.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property was spotless and beautifully modern, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere . The food was absolutely incredible – every meal was a treat, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always happy to help . Their professionalism and warmth made my stay even more enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, It’s just a 5-minute walk to the City Express lift, making access to the slopes incredibly convenient. Plus, being right in the centre of town, close to all the shops, restaurants, and other attractions. The hotel also has a wonderful spa area, including a sauna and steam room, which was great after a long day on the slopes. It was the perfect place to relax. One of my favorite spots was the lovely, cosy, and relaxing bar area. It had a warm ambiance and was ideal for unwinding with a drink. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of cleanliness, style, fantastic food, a charming bar, a luxurious spa, and an unbeatable location. I would highly recommend it.

This brand new resort, the Elements Resort Zell am See, has everything you need for a great holiday. It is equipped with a lobby, fitness room, restaurant and wellness area with a relaxation room and saunas as well as infrared seats and an outdoor pool which is heated all year round. Some selected units are equipped with a private sauna where you can end the day wonderfully.In the alpine designed hotel, tradition and modernity have coordinated in many small details and luxury has been combined with comfort. The luxuriously furnished apartments have a kitchen with spacious dining area, living room, flat-screen cable TV and WLAN. Furthermore, the resort has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers as well as a ski storage area with heated and lockable ski boxes and boot warmers.There are sufficient parking spaces available for our guests. However, you will rarely use the car after your arrival, because everything is in the immediate vicinity of the resort, the AreitXpress is only a few minutes walk away, also the train station, numerous shopping facilities and restaurants are within a few minutes walking distance.The resort is located at the foot of the Areitbahn and in the heart of Schuttdorf and is the perfect starting point for a skiing or hiking adventure on the Schittenhone. The Zell am See golf course is only two kilometers away from the resort and many cycle paths and cross-country ski runs run right past the resort.The resort is surrounded by four ski areas and endless kilometers of slopes and also the newly extended ski area of Kaprun is only five kilometers away. From December 2019, the K connection will be open, connecting Kaprun and the family ski area of Maiskogel with the Kitzsteinhorn by a brand new tri-cable railways. To the Areitbahn it is 850 meters and only a few minutes walk.

My girlfriend and I booked this beautiful hotel in Zell Am See for a ski holiday! From the off, the hotel was fantastic, from the most beautiful interior/exterior and attentive/welcoming staff. We were initially greeted with a welcome Prosecco as our room was just being finished. We arrived three hours prior to our check in time so didn’t mind waiting a little. We were half board and so had breakfast and dinner included. All the food was fantastic. Breakfast was filled with different choices from continental, an egg station where the chef would make omelettes or different eggs, bread and bacon/sausages as well as cold breakfasts like fruit, pastries and cereals. Dinner was a four course meal where you could make your choices at breakfast and there was a great variety. The lamb and the veal were delicious. The bar was a beautiful cosy area with a roaring fire and you were made to feel at home. For our room, we chose the most basic option which for us was perfect. It had a large bed, a sofa, a seperate chair and a nice big TV. Bathroom was again, lovely, shower/bath and plenty of space. Hotel was about a 1 or 2 minute walk to the main town where there are plenty of bars and shops. The sauna and pool area again was fantastic, four different sauna/steam room options and a lovely indoor pool with a few jacuzzi areas. We used the boot room as well and had heated boot facilities so our boots were always dry the following day. Overall, a fantastic stay and would definitely return to Hotel Tirolerhof with family/friends and recommend to anyone! Thank you to all the staff at the hotel, you really made our week!
