Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel Reviews

Everything you would expect from a five star hotel. I stayed for 5 nights on the 28th floor in July 2024. The huge rooms are well appointed and mostly very quiet- thanks to good double glazing and double thick, rebated doors with seals. It also looks like there are no rooms opposite each other which minimises any hallway noise. The king bed was firm but softer than most that I've had in decades of visiting China. I didn't like that there was only one type of flat pillow in my room. I liked the walls that slide out to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. The shower had excellent water pressure and constant temperature with hot water arriving quickly. Really dark blockout curtains. Fast wifi. breakfast buffet on the 39th floor with mostly western and Asian choices. The machine coffee was average. The extensive view was limited on most of the mornings due to rain and fog. The hotel is directly linked to the Wanda shopping mall, which has Uniqlo, KFC, pizza hut and many restaurants- if you don't feel like paying the exorbitant Marriott food prices. Unfortunately there is no supermarket nearby. Only some mini markets like Lawson.

I stay at Marriott every time I come to Zhangjiagang. I am a Marriott fan. I like it very much. The facilities, hygiene and breakfast are all great. The breakfast is also very rich. I like the big meat buns in the morning. Hahaha. Marriott has met the standards. I like it very much. (Pictures are for reference only)

I came back to Zhangjiagang from the United States and stayed in the Executive Deluxe Suite on the 35th floor of Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel. It is worthy of being the best hotel in Zhangjiagang. The afternoon tea and evening cocktails in the Executive Lounge are great! There are also many choices for free breakfast for guests of the Executive Suite. The room is very large, and the whole wall of floor-to-ceiling glass has a wide view. 5-star praise. I will stay here next time!

The lobby manager Leo is professional and enthusiastic. He upgraded the suite and led the way to the shortcut to the nearby Wanda Plaza. I give you a thumbs up 👍 It is a good choice for both business and vacation leisure.

As a high-end hotel in Zhangjiagang, the hardware and services are excellent. It is very close to Wanda Plaza and can be reached on foot.

The room is large, soundproof and clean. The bedding is comfortable, but the duck down pillow smells a bit bad. The afternoon tea and happy hour in the executive lounge are good. The only thing is that there is only wine on display, and other wines need to be consulted. I hope the hotel can inform guests in the form of a wine list in the future so that guests can truly experience happy hour.

Very satisfied The guy at the front desk is skilled in business and provides good service, which reflects the quality of a star hotel. I like it 👍🏻. This makes the Marriott brand gain more trust in customers' hearts. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant on the 38th floor are also delicious😊. All in all very satisfied.
