Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Century Yijun Hotel Reviews

The hotel was the perfect choice to stay for us. We visited the Tianmen Mountain, the National Park, the Glass Bridge and the Huanglongdong Scenic Area (Yellow Dragon Cave). The hotel staff was very friendly, the breakfast was tasty and we really liked the design of our room. Furthermore the room and the complete hotel was very clean. ☺️ We would book a room again when we will visit Zhangjiajie the next time. ☺️

Beautiful elegant room.

The queue is terrible. I queue for 3 hours to get into the canoe car. And when going down with escalator, I have to pay for the escalator. Not suggest to visit.

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. Location close to many attractions, had a variety of breakfast options and good facilities. Only issue was with the clothes dryer where it was just plain air circulating around my clothes so it took the whole night to dry. The mini bar drinks that were also supposed to be included were not.

Very nice hotel, clean and friendly atmosphere. The only thing I would like to change is put in service the chargers, I drove my electric car there and the chargers doesn't work.

The hotel breakfast buffet was OK. Furthermore, the hotel aircon is controlled by thermostat so cannot manually adjust. However, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Non smokers, avoid this hotel! They gave us a nice room on the 11th floor but the moment the aircond was turned on, the whole Room reeked of cigarettes. They then transferred us to a Room on the 12th floor supposedly non smokers floor . But the moment we stepped out, the whole corridor reeked. Apparently there was a room inhabited by smokers who left their door open.

Stayed as it was close to Zhangjiajie West Station. Hotel was clean and tidy. Plenty of small shops around for basics and only 10-15 minutes to the station with a Didi.

There is a Spa in the hotel (2nd floor) open till 2am that is very convenient.

The environment is very good, close to Wuyi Square, Taiping Old Street and IFS Guojin Center, and located in the prosperous Wuyi business district, shopping, dining and entertainment are all available. Not only that, it is also very convenient to go to the Orange Island Scenic Area and Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area, saving a lot of time and energy for travel. The room is clean, spacious and bright, and the layout is warm and comfortable. Free members can watch movies lying on the bed. The rice noodle shop downstairs gave us a surprise. For tourists who are trying Hunan rice noodles for the first time, the unique taste is amazing. Whether it is the geographical location or the room facilities and surrounding facilities, this hotel has performed well. I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here, and I believe you will also have a satisfactory accommodation experience.

The hotel is really great. I feel that the price-performance ratio is very high. The service is also very good. As soon as we arrived in Zhangjiajie, a car came to pick us up to the hotel. The driver was also very good and spoke very gently and politely. If you have any needs, tell the front desk and they will meet them all. The attitude is very good. I had to go on a business trip and didn’t bring any clothes. The hotel can also wash dirty clothes. The boss also patiently told me how to wash and dry. The breakfast is also very delicious! ! ! Next time I have a chance to come to Zhangjiajie, I will choose here again! ! !
