I was hot and tired when I came back from the trip, so I had to pack my luggage and change rooms. I changed to a superior king room downstairs. Although the hotel later took the initiative to contact and refunded 100 yuan, I still want to complain about the bad experience. If it weren't for this incident, the hotel would still be very good.

From the moment we checked in, he patiently introduced us to the surrounding attractions and food. He also cared about our itinerary and gave us many practical suggestions. Originally I had a rather stereotyped impression of chain hotels like Home Inn, and thought they might be quite satisfactory. But this hotel completely broke my prejudice.
