The customer service at this hotel is outstanding. From booking to check-in, the entire process was provided with warm and thoughtful service. The staff were friendly, quick to resolve our issues and provided any necessary assistance. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are also quite good. This made our stay more pleasant and comfortable. Overall, the service quality of this hotel is very high and we are very satisfied
