房間非常靜謐古樸，濃濃的歷史沉澱。服務非常貼心，温婉的管家書兒小姐姐完全是超五星級質素，其他服務人員（打掃的阿姨，送夜宵的大叔，準備早餐的阿姨都非常和藹可親）亦都會讓你有賓至如歸的感覺，人員的少而精卻高效，註定了就是好服務。可能是歷史建築的關係吧，淋浴龍頭的出水量不夠大也不是帶按摩的，馬桶如果是感應的可以自動翻蓋與沖水的就更好了，浴缸雖然大但是感覺很浪費水，看到了防滑墊，這個真的不應該出現。個人不喜歡房間的地毯，太花了和傢俱有點配不上。本來還蠻想臨帖寫寫字的，可是衹看到了筆沒有墨，又不想麻煩人，也就作罷了。早餐的那些自助食物感覺有些多餘，起碼這幾天沒看到住店客人去碰那些麪包類，頂多就是喝碗粥做杯咖啡。一人一份的高品質就最好，蛋最好是現煎，麪條我喜歡小刀面，包子我喜歡吃全素，希望以後可以有小餛飩，豆腐花和鍋貼。以往住過的四季酒店以及從前的御廷，都是因為高品質的一人一份早餐使我想念至今。總之，這家酒店瑕不掩瑜，勝在歷史沉澱感（超喜歡每天吃完早餐在孫先生的講話聲中穿過廣肇公所回房間的），靜謐感（晚上一點點的聲音都沒有除了空調聲），非常優越的地理位置（去焦山金山北固山都很近都有公交）和高質素服務，會很推薦給朋友以及下次再來。

酒店的建築屬於歷史保護建築，非常有特色，對面是西津渡景區入口，隔壁是鎮江博物館十分方便；酒店服務也是細緻周到，我們去鎮江那天正好冷空氣來氣温很低，我們到達酒店前工作人員已早早為我們打開了空調和取暖器，非常貼心；還有不的不説的就是酒店的早餐，牛肉鍋蓋麪麪條勁道牛肉酥軟、水晶餚肉比前一天晚上外面飯店吃的好吃太多，小籠包湯汁多而不膩鹹甜口味也正好[強]這次的入住體驗非常好！

去看演唱會的，選了一個景區裏評價最高的酒店。都誇服務好，就想體驗一下服務有多好。
去了之後才發現真的很驚喜啊。還沒到店呢，他們管家就提前打了電話，考慮到演唱會遊客比較多，
提前在景點就給我們預留好了車位。到了停車場還提前在後門引導了，真的是一點彎路都沒走啊。
從停車場直接進入酒店了。看我們行李比較多，直接給我們辦理了入住，行李都是管家和經理送房的。
太周到了。晚上看演唱會比較晚，打車比較難打，管家還特地給我們推薦了公交的路線。
天氣也比較冷，我們到房間酒店已經用保温杯裝好現煮的椰奶等我們回來喝，太温暖了。
鎮江的其他幾個景點攻略也詳細給我們做了規劃。服務真的是如評價一樣，貼心，周到又細緻。
