Hotel has good location. There is free shuttle service from the port to the hotel. Outside the hotel has many restaurants and is near the temple. The staff is very accomodating especially 石志勇先生. His service and assistance helped our stay become very comfortable and convenient.

The room was quite clean, there was a bit of musty smell in the corridor, but the room was okay. The security uncle was very enthusiastic and told us that the restaurant next door was delicious and not expensive. Later, we had three meals at this original restaurant, which specializes in one. Breakfast costs RMB 38 per person and is pretty good. For the price of RMB 38, I think the price/performance ratio is quite high. And it is also very close to Puji Temple. It takes about 8 minutes to walk and 15 minutes to Baibusha. I got up early in the morning to watch the sunrise. 🈶Cha Ji on the side, ordering is convenient. I didn’t take any photos in the room and took some sunrise photos, haha

The room is about 20 square meters, mainly double standard room, the bed there is relatively small, it's OK. The price is relatively high. The hotel has a shuttle service, the service attitude of the guy is quite good, but the second day to renew the original room to negotiate, the front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade the room type on the first day, the second day attitude changed a lot, and insisted to go to the front desk to pay, otherwise said to change the room. Later, the front desk guy probably changed shifts, and did not ask us to change rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel for 4 consecutive years. I am very satisfied with the hotel. It is very convenient to go out. It is a 5-minute walk from Puji Temple and meals are right at the door. The only thing I am not satisfied with this time is that it is too noisy. The team went to the morning class at about 3 o'clock. It was too noisy. I finally fell asleep, but was woken up again when I came back from the morning class at 6 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well for 2 nights in a row. I had a headache in the morning and went to the hospital opposite. 😂

Xijingju and Tongyue Pavilion are very suitable for families with children. Even families with two children can live here. I lived in Xijingju on the second floor two years ago. This time the hotel helped us upgrade to Tongyue Pavilion on the second floor. I am very grateful. There is a restaurant downstairs, but it is a pity that there are too many people this year and we can't queue up. There are restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies near the hotel, which is very convenient. Thank you Master Shi and Master Chen for their enthusiastic service, helping to carry luggage up and down and pour hot water for the children. During the busy May Day, the hotel staff were not impatient and had a kind attitude. A small suggestion: it is recommended to change the curtains that can block light better.

From the satisfactory handling of the room type check-in error at the beginning, to the timely notification of smooth departure from the island due to fog the next day, the hotel's responsible and enthusiastic service made my trip to Putuo a complete success. The location is excellent, very close to Puji Temple, and there is a Heart Sutra in the room to copy!

I walked more than 20,000 steps and couldn't walk anymore. Because the Putuoshan bus stopped at 17:00, I tried to call the hotel to see if they could arrange a car to pick me up. As a result, they really took me back to the hotel. The hotel service is not bad.
