床墊特別不好，我媳婦睡了一晚，第二天腰疼的不行，第二天直接在沙發睡了一晚。給前台説了半天也沒有迴應。嚴重影響出行體驗。衞生環境也差，面盆裏有臟毛巾也沒收，新毛巾有黑色臟污面盆頭髮。寫字桌下面有垃圾。整體體驗很一般。

客房還不錯，洗澡水壓不怎麼大，特別説的早餐，在規定時間延遲半小時才好，這也就算了，關鍵是早餐很差，還不如不提供。餐廳衞生一塌糊塗，沒有服務人員，就廚師一人，餐廳居然看到工地拖車拉西瓜，放在早餐枱附近
