説一下房間安排：從網上預訂的房間為什麼就要安排不好的位置？比如樓道間或是電梯口，在告知前台以後才勉強排到了四樓，如果不説，那就是很不好的房間位置了，上次入住還給升級了房間，比較大，一進門感覺也很舒服，但是這次詢問前台是否也做了升級，前台説是，結果一進門就有種想退掉的感覺，非常狹小，而且床頭燈還壞了一個，這就是所謂的升級嗎？難道就這麼不注重網絡客人的感受嗎？
再説一下前台服務員：一個胖點的女的，從一進門就沒見她笑過，全程拉着個臉，我是去給你送錢的不是去找你借錢的，你有必要給這種服務態度嗎，登記時詢問某家飯店，直接就來給我了句不知道，後面就還説了句讓我自己查詢，我要知道我還問你嗎？比起上次那個前台姐姐簡直差了十萬八千里，建議貴酒店在選用服務員時多多慎重以及多加培訓！
很不好的一次入住體驗，謝謝！
