The hotel location is OK, self-service check-in,
The room is clean, but there is a hair on the doll. 😅
On the receipt given to you, it is stated that the hotel is not responsible if valuables are lost in the room😂
The best thing is probably the scenery. You can walk everywhere except ETH
Whether it's worth more than HKD2,000 is a matter of opinion.

The check out is very early @ 11 am if you delay you will pay penalty and no one is informed us before. Also the rooms and corridor smell bad.

Modern hotel with cosy rooms. Distance from Zurich HB train station is about a 15mins walk. iPad is used to control most of the functions in the room. We had issues with the Chromecast in our room and the hotel staff, Viktoriya, came to our rescue. The issue was not fixed but she was quick enough to offer another room, which turned out to be bigger, and we were able to binge watch our Netflix korean drama. We are very appreciative of Viktoriya's help and how she resolved the issue professionally. Highly recommend this hotel!
