The room is clean and the front desk is warm and thoughtful. It is close to the lake, the cathedral and the Church of Our Lady, with convenient transportation, shopping and dining. The only drawback is that for first-time guests, they have to carry their luggage up one flight of stairs. If they want to take the elevator from the 0th floor gate to the 1st floor front desk, they must check in and get a key, which is not very convenient. The price is a bit expensive!

we stay 3/27-29, 2024 for 2 nights, the second morning no electricity and WIFI for 2 hours and no hot water for shower at night.
hotel said water heater is damage, when we check out next day still no hot water for shower, no any compensation even we ask them for bottle of drinking water, hotel said only on first day provide welcome drink.
The weather is cool, so sad, we only use cool water for shower 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁.

The hotel is small and old, far from the station, not as close as described on the platform. The hotel staff left after 8pm, which is very troublesome if something happens.
