"Location wise was quite far from city. Its 10mins via Grab. 20mins to Bandara. Its cost only idr100k. Nothing in walking distance. The room was very big ,quiet and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, catering to both local specialties and diverse tastes, with fresh and delicious ingredients. At the lobby they have Starbucks & Brew Station. The spa is 24hrs. Amazing."

"The hotel location is easy accessible to many places. The service staff are friendly and helpful. However, the hotel room is quite bad though it is cheap. Please think again when price are cheap. The room is humid as the aircon is installed in wrong direction blowing toward the entrance door. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights only and I need to call for service for both days of my stay. It's either the shower door not functioning well or toilet bowl can't flush smoothly as it get clogged easily. The walkway to the room have no aircon at ALL. Breakfast not much variety as well. Unpleasant experience overall."

"The staff's service attitude was exceptional: Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, the staff consistently maintained genuine smiles, showed great patience, and actively offered assistance, even under the pressure of huge crowds and long queues during peak hours. The staff's excellent attitude was the best part of this stay and is highly commendable to the management! Room amenities and towel quality need improvement: Upon checking into the room, I found there was no hairdryer (when contacting housekeeping for a replacement, the staff member mistakenly thought I wanted to return a broken one, indicating a flaw in their inventory check mechanism). Furthermore, there were obvious stains on the towels requiring replacement, and their texture was stiff, rough, and noticeably old, failing to meet the standards expected of a high-end resort. Breakfast peak hour crowding and tableware hygiene: Due to many guests being from Singapore (a 1-hour time difference), there were long queues for dining at 7:45 AM (8:45 AM Singapore time). We were initially directed to the makeshift Beach Bar area, but it had no air conditioning, flies, and limited food options. We eventually had to return to the main restaurant to queue again. Some cups and plates in the main restaurant felt sticky and greasy to the touch, indicating that washing hygiene control needs to be strengthened. Beach Club dining quality was below expectations: The Buffalo Wings (peach hot wings) ordered at the bar in the evening had a soggy, un-crisp skin, were completely not spicy, and lacked authentic flavor. There is room for improvement in the dining standards. Hotel activity arrangements and facility opening hours: There were relatively few activities available at the hotel. Although free family photography was offered, the staff did not remind me to book during check-in, resulting in all slots being fully booked the next day. On the first day, after returning to the hotel at 9:30 PM from an island tour, the swimming pool was already closed, meaning I couldn't experience any of the hotel's facilities throughout the entire trip. Practical advice for future guests: Avoid peak breakfast hours: It's recommended to go for breakfast before 7:30 AM to avoid the peak period from 7:45 AM to 9:00 AM when Singaporean guests typically wake up. Be proactive in booking activities: Remember to proactively ask the front desk for an activity list during check-in and book popular items like free family photography on the spot. Pay attention to pool closing times: If you have evening plans (e.g., mangrove fireflies tour), you might miss the pool's opening hours upon returning to the hotel. It's advisable to plan ahead."

"The hotel's location is very convenient; you're never too far from anywhere. The family room we stayed in was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a diverse range of food. Nearby, there's a large A2 food court, BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, massage parlors, hair salons, bird's nest shops, and local product stores, all within walking distance. If it's too hot to walk, you can easily and affordably take a Gojek."

"We travelled as a group of 6 adults and a baby. They were able to accommodate us to teepees just next to each other which was really helpful for a group trip. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt, with specific numbers for reception, in room dining and in house spa. The resort is closely connected to treasure bay and right next to another resort that shares the bay. Water activities and scooters for rent at 20% discount for guests. Teepee were well air conditioned and barely any creepy crawlies. Groups can hang out at the close by tables near the teepees or in their tents where there is a table, some stools and bean bags + a fan for hot days. Buggy within the resort was handy as well if you are staying far in. Service was immaculate - always so friendly and helpful."
