I visited Turi Beach Resort, Batam with my husband. He was there for a company team-building trip, while I travelled on my own for leisure. Security at the resort is quite strict, which made me feel safe. All guests and vehicles are checked before being allowed to enter. The resort has a beautiful seaside view and a very relaxing holiday vibe. It’s peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Do note that the resort is located away from the city. If you prefer nightlife or city activities, staying in Batam city would be more suitable. However, this resort is ideal for those who want to relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I especially enjoyed the different egg options, and the porridge was very nice too. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Room is clean and very spacious. Breakfast also not bad. Easy to access. Price also affordable. Very enjoyable stay. Will book again if got an discount from apps for the booking.

Location is very nice ,only need to improve in where breakfast place is located in open space mixed with other howker centre not in the hotel .and not many variety to choose for breakfast. We stay two night but breakfast menu are almost the same

The hotel is okay overall, but some spots were dirty. The air conditioner wasn't cold at all—I set it to 16 but felt nothing. There was also leakage, so be careful not to place your things under the aircon. Not terrible-you get what you pay for. They do provide a toothbrush, but if you have braces, I recommend bringing your own (ifykyk). In the app it says there's luggage storage, but actually there isn't. Before coming, I tried calling the hotel-first time they picked up, said something, and hung up. Second time, they just picked up and hung up again. When I arrived and asked about luggage storage, they told me to leave my bag in an open area unattended. I couldn't risk that, so l had to check in early and pay an extra 100k. If you plan to stay more than one night, don't leave valuables in the room-housekeeping comes in to tidy up while you're out. Most important: If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel. There's a live band nearby until lam, and in the morning around 7-8am, housekeeping starts working-you can hear their voices very clearly

Room 706 I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy . Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh, Again despite the smaller size room, it’s so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy 1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain 😬

Checked in on my birthday and the hotel prepared a slice of chocolate cake for me in my room. It was such a pleasant surprise. Staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast is good. Location is excellent - just 5 mins walk from BTC ferry terminal. Opposite is megamall. I will definitely be back!

Location: Very conveniently located near shopping malls, massage and spas, kueh lapis (traditional Japanese dessert shops), restaurants, cafes, markets, etc. Hotel: Three to four stars. My room was spacious and clean. I especially loved the bed and pillows; all three of us slept very well. The Wi-Fi was also stable. Service: The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were quick. Breakfast: A wide selection, but not to our taste. The cakes and waffles tasted more like kueh lapis. The instant noodles were undercooked and too salty, the fried rice was a bit dry, and the mee soto was bland. Only the rendang chicken, sunny-side up eggs and coffee were acceptable; we didn't want to try anything else. Summary: Comfortable and convenient accommodation. It would be even better if the hotel offered a free shuttle to the pier. 👍

The hotel location is convenient, and since it’s budget-friendly, it works out well. However, the Wi-Fi connection isn’t very strong. The breakfast service is worth more than the price paid. The security staff are also very helpful, and the hotel is close to shops. For couples, it’s even more suitable since the rooms only come with a couple bed. But if you’re going with a friend and want separate beds, it’s not very convenient.

BCH is old but still well kept. Rain Shower water pressure slightly weak. Could improve overall room standard by ensuring the cups used in the room are well washed and cleaned without stains. Location is great - next to Circle-K minimart and warung kopi. Lots of massage shops nearby. Walking distance to BCS mall and A2 foodcourt.
