"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Mövenpick Bitan Resort with our family! The resort is incredibly family-friendly, with plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. The pools are fantastic, and the easy access to the beautiful beach makes it even better. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. A great choice for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. Haze was terrible.. But there were still many things to enjoy! We would happily come back!"

"An Unforgettable Family Stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel from 11 to 13 October 2026, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! We initially booked a Deluxe Ocean View Room and requested an extra bed. Viona kindly recommended upgrading to a Villa with just a top-up, and we willingly accepted her recommendation. While our room was being prepared, the team thoughtfully provided us with a temporary room to freshen up, which we truly appreciated. When the team brought us to our villa, we were absolutely amazed by how spacious it was! We were genuinely surprised and grateful for the upgrade. It was such a wonderful decision, and we definitely did not regret it. The villa made our family stay so much more comfortable and memorable. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who were incredibly patient and understanding when one of our children had an accident during the night. As parents travelling with young children, we truly appreciated their kindness, patience, and understanding. Thank you for being so accommodating and making us feel at ease during the situation. The breakfast experience was another highlight of our stay! Jenni and Monica were so warm, kind, and accommodating. They even asked if we had any special food requests and recommended Bakwan Jagung and Bakwan Sayur for us to try. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and the extra effort they made to ensure we enjoyed our breakfast. What touched us the most was how Monica remembered our children’s names! ❤️ It was such a simple yet meaningful gesture that made our children feel recognised and happy. These little personal touches truly make a difference and turn an ordinary hotel stay into a memorable family experience. To make our stay even more special, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake as a farewell treat on our last day. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and a lovely way to end our family holiday. We felt genuinely appreciated as guests. A heartfelt thank you to Viona, Jenni, Monica, the housekeeping team, and everyone behind the scenes who made our stay so wonderful. Your genuine hospitality, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We checked out with happy hearts, beautiful memories, and smiles on our children’s faces. "Quiet quaint and family friendly. I went with my mum on a daughter mother trip and the hospitality was amazing. There is a small pool in our villa that we could soak in, ATV rides (extra charges) were fully guided by staff and it was convenient that we dont have to go out and book these adventures fun activities. Everything was communicated via whatsapp, even booking of private buggy from one point of the resort to another. Although there is a small negative part, the toilet smells of dead water and stunk up the whole room, otherwise everything is great for a quick weekend getaway. Transfer doesn’t include going to Batam Centre ferry terminal as wel"

"At Nirwana Garden Resort, staff are friendly and genuinely nice. The beach is clean and clear waters that you can see fishes swimming around you… and watch sunset in the sea waters. Its windy and cool in the morning and evening. Food offered at good, esp the lamb shank stew. Also have nice spa - go for the Javanese massage! There are also 3 iguanas kept at the resort. We also went bowling and archery. At night we also went out for fireflies watching and kelong restaurant dinner."

"The hospitality set up a very nice surprise party setup with balloons n free cakes for my husband n grandchild. It was a birthday staycation for us..Presently surprise by the setup . Central location, about 5 to 15 mins ride to must malls"

"The room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the pool water was clean. It's very close to the sea, and the service was excellent. They offer childcare, and there's a free shuttle service from the pier to the hotel, as well as a free shuttle for shopping. When checking in, they ask for your departure ferry details, and upon check-out, they arrange your ferry tickets and provide transportation to the pier. There was an incident where guests upstairs mistakenly tried to enter my friend's room in the middle of the night and asked housekeeping to open it. The hotel immediately called the police and checked the surveillance footage after being informed."

"Had a really enjoyable stay at Anmon Resort Bintan! The staff were friendly, helpful and provided good service throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and the room was comfortable and cosy. The weather was rather hot during my visit, so I ended up spending more time relaxing in the room rather than heading out to explore—but honestly, it was still a pleasant and restful getaway. The glamping concept was a nice change from the usual hotel stay, and the surroundings gave the place a unique holiday vibe. Would definitely consider coming back, hopefully with cooler weather next time!"

"We stayed at The Residence Bintan for 2 nights and booked two different types of rooms for each night. Our second-night stay was at the One-Bedroom Beachfront Villa, which came with an excellent sea view and a private pool. We truly enjoyed our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. As we had booked two different room types, there would normally have been a three-hour gap between checking out of our first room at 12pm and checking into the second room at 3pm. However, before we checked out of our first room, we received a call from the reception informing us that our second room was already ready. We were therefore able to check in directly without having to wait for another three hours. This thoughtful arrangement made our stay even more enjoyable. On our last day, our ferry was scheduled to depart at 7am, so we had to leave the resort as early as 5am. The Residence Bintan kindly arranged transportation to the ferry terminal and even prepared packed breakfasts for us. We were genuinely touched by their thoughtfulness and hospitality. ❤️ From the warm service and excellent facilities to the beautiful views, The Residence Bintan made our anniversary trip truly memorable.
