This hotel was surprisingly good! The room layout was incredibly well-designed; the suite could be completely separated, and it even had two bathrooms (toilet + shower room)! It was perfectly suited for our family trip with my parents. The large balcony was absolutely fantastic. My parents loved sitting there, drinking tea, and enjoying the view. Our butler, Levi, was incredibly responsive, providing top-notch service! He resolved all our issues promptly. Although the weather in Sanya wasn't perfect these past two days, the hotel truly exceeded our expectations. I hope to visit again!

Oubao Hotel: The ultimate family-friendly resort on Ocean Flower Island, an absolute delight! Taking my kids to Ocean Flower Island, Oubao Hotel truly delivered a ”dream vacation” experience that far exceeded our expectations! The hotel itself is a sight to behold, with four European-style castles encircled by a moat. When the lights come on at night, it feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The crystal bridge and spiral staircase in the lobby are incredibly photogenic, perfect for stunning pictures, and even the large lion statues at the entrance exude an impressive grandeur. We chose the ocean-themed room, which was even more amazing. With its aquatic blue tones and various marine creature decorations, my child shrieked with excitement the moment we walked in. The private balcony offers a glimpse of the entire Ocean Flower Island panorama, and the Y-shaped castle layout provides an exceptional viewing experience. Although the room wasn't massive, it was clean and tidy, with soft bedding and a separate wet and dry bathroom. The family room thoughtfully included a dedicated children's washbasin and small slippers, showing great attention to detail. A special thank you to the lobby manager, Han Chunchou, for his impeccable service. He was patient, explained everything clearly, and was handsome, gentle, and incredibly friendly. Fantastic! 👍

Atlantis Sanya is my top choice for a vacation in Sanya, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly facing the clear blue sea, offering superb room views. The decor is exquisite and grand, facilities are complete and new, and cleanliness is impeccable—every detail is perfectly managed. The amenities are incredibly rich; you can access the Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium right downstairs, conveniently entering with your room card without any extra hassle. Dining options are diverse, with the buffet restaurant offering fresh ingredients and a wide variety to satisfy different tastes. The staff is warm and thoughtful, responding promptly and efficiently, providing attentive service throughout our stay. It's suitable for family vacations, romantic getaways, or friends traveling together. You can enjoy relaxing sea views while also experiencing various entertainment activities, fully immersing yourself in a high-end resort atmosphere. The experience was far beyond what I anticipated! Additionally, our butler, Suki, was very attentive, offering many suggestions and guidance, which greatly enhanced our trip. Thank you! 🙏

Weather in Haikou was a little gloomy, but Erin went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. She was readily available on WeChat to answer my queries and gave me good recommendations on how to best spend my time in Haikou. Overall the hotel was also comfortable, and I love that there is an indoor kids playground which my daughter had so much fun in, and also that it’s close to the beach! The buffet breakfast every morning also served up a good spread, but their international dinner buffet was the best!

Stunning Ocean Views and Thoughtful Service: A Truly Memorable Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a truly wonderful stay and highly recommend it to travelers seeking relaxation and high-quality service. Pros: 1. Unbeatable Ocean Views: Our sea-view room offered spectacular vistas. The balcony directly faced the ocean, providing unobstructed views of both morning sunrises and evening sunsets. We could even hear the calming sound of the waves from our bed, which was incredibly therapeutic. 2. Prime Location: The hotel is situated right on the beach, with its own private beach area. You can step directly out onto the sand and enjoy the waves. 3. Warm and Thoughtful Service: From the doorman assisting with luggage upon arrival to the speedy check-in at the front desk, every staff member we encountered was smiling and greeted us warmly. Our extra requests (like additional pillows) were also promptly fulfilled. Overall: A truly excellent value-for-money experience. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again.

This was my third stay, and after 5 days of beaches and sea in Sanya, my child insisted on coming back to the Narada Resort & Spa Qixianling Sanya. I'd already noticed on my last visit that the hotel's facilities were getting a bit old, so I came prepared this time. However, the serene rainforest, villa-style rooms with balcony hot springs, and excellent service made up for some of those shortcomings. The 'doctor fish' hot springs, in particular, were a hit with both adults and kids. The hotel is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by lush trees, and rich in negative oxygen ions. You can call for the internal shuttle service right from your room, which is quick, convenient, and truly on-demand – very thoughtful. The hotel breakfast is simple and a bit lacking, but it caters to most people, especially considering the hotel's price point. The value for money is still very high. This time, the fridge was cooling well and had good capacity! Dining options near the hotel are still inconvenient, which is unavoidable given its location, but I hope they can improve the dinner choices. It takes 2 hours to get here from Sanya every time. Regardless of whether I return, I hope the hotel continues to improve!

A big thank you to our butler, Coco! She proactively added me on WeChat before our trip to share information on hotel activities and booking procedures, and even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. The sea view was absolutely stunning, perfect for watching the sunset. The complimentary photoshoot offered by the hotel was also great. The hotel has a huge lawn in the common area, which is fantastic for kids to play on. Although the rooms are a bit older, they are impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff are incredibly meticulous. On the first day, I asked for some laundry powder and they sent up two packets. The next day, when they saw I had bought my own laundry detergent, they probably figured I'd use a lot and left me ten packets of laundry powder – so thoughtful and considerate! All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip!

#BeautifulViews# The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The room facilities are very good, and the room itself is extremely clean and tidy. The mattress is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the hot water comes quickly. Everything is pretty well-stocked. The breakfast has a wide variety of items and tastes delicious. There's a dedicated elevator and underground passage to the beach, which is super convenient. The service is great and very attentive. Looking forward to staying again next time~

I booked three rooms and stayed at Mission Hills Resort for five nights, where we were served by the duty manager, Mary, throughout our stay. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, and Mary also helped ensure that our group was located near each other, making it much more convenient for us. I’m especially for her effort in helping us locate a farm around the resort and for reaching out proactively before the trip. She even shared her contacts and responded to some of my queries after office hours, which truly shows her dedication to her work. Although some parts of the resort are a bit dated and seemed to be undergoing maintenance, it didn’t really affect the overall experience. For the rooms It would be even better if a drawdown curtain or privacy screen could be added to the bathing area or toilet, making it more convenient for larger groups like mine. This resort is ideal for families with young kids or anyone looking for a great parent–child bonding (亲子游) experience. There’s a mini pet house with cute and lively animals where children can get up close and cozy with them. The Children’s Club — Squirrel Village offers a wide variety of daily activities for parent–child bonding. My kids especially enjoyed the activities led by the young and energetic team of hosts (可爱, 葡萄, 糖果, 西瓜, 猩猩, 鳄鱼, and others). They loved it so much that I gave up some of our original itinerary just to let them stay longer, and they’re still humming and reminiscing about the songs and moments from the club. If I travel to Haikou again, I would certainly return to Mission Hills and include a few more days at the Squirrel Club to spend quality time with my child. As mentioned in other reviews, we were also served a delicious pot of dessert every night — a thoughtful and warm gesture that added an extra special touch to our stay. Thank you, Mission Hills Resort, and especially Mary and her Squirrel team, for making our trip so memorable despite the aging facilities. The kids in our group truly had a wonderful and enjoyable time at the resort, and we’ll cherish these moments for a long time. If i am ever travelling back to Hai Kou for 亲子游, I would stay in Mission Hills purely for the Squirrel Children’s Club activities. Ps, the resort actually had some additional in-room items that could be loaned and i feel that it would be better if they could share ongoing promotions.

The room isn't small, and you get a free ride on the mini-train. The hotel offers complimentary kids' and adult activities; I particularly enjoyed the beach texture painting. The travel photography service was also decent. Breakfast was okay too, and my kids loved the clown making balloon animals during breakfast. Honestly, the Westin had more family-friendly offerings than I expected, with both an outdoor and an indoor heated kids' pool. The hotel's Sichuan restaurant was genuinely delicious. I went with low expectations as it was empty, but I was pleasantly surprised. A set meal for two adults and one child, priced at just over 400, could easily feed four people and wasn't expensive compared to outside restaurants. The ingredients were fresh, and the seasoning was just right. The open kitchen, where you could watch the chefs cook, was also a nice touch, and the service was excellent. Our butler, Mile, provided incredibly thoughtful service, sending detailed activity and dining information, and even arranged welcome fruits and small cakes. All our requests were promptly addressed, and our overall stay was very pleasant. I'll definitely come back again!
