Very Good
GGuest UserOur go-to hotel in Lisbon. It's well-located (near Campolide and Sete Rios), the front office staff are excellent, the restaurant is very pleasant, and the beds are super comfortable, both in the suites and standard rooms. This is where our son learned to walk in 2024, and where we'll always return whenever we're in Lisbon.
DdanielreisproThere was some confusion regarding access to the spa. When we stayed there last time, everything was included, but this time we didn't have access to the spa, and there were no slippers or bathrobes in the rooms. The hotel is good, but it's the little details that make the experience enjoyable.
DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.
GGuest UserThe room had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I had requested a room with a bathtub, and had checked in advance which rooms had a bathtub, but unfortunately there were none available on the day, so I ended up with just a shower, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was very good.
Ssusan ᐝAfter Sintra was ”abused” and went to Lisbon to rest, this hotel proved to be a good choice. The location is excellent, there are many shops and restaurants around, and it is very convenient to walk to the river and arco Augusta. The room is spacious, the various additional services provided by the hotel are superb, and I feel like I am back to the domestic hotel, such as drinking water and snacks in the lobby. The hotel also provides free breakfast to the room! The gym on the first floor is also a feature, and the surrounding environment is a Roman ruin! Special thanks to Mr. Nuno from the concierge for quickly arranging a comfortable car for me and a professional driver to safely deliver me to the concierge when I left the hotel to go to the concierge for the day I was forced to give up the pre-booked uber (the driver asked to cancel the order to pay in cash), Also very warmly recommended to me the restaurant he took his family to. In short, the four-night stay was very good and the hotel service was in place.
GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay at Inspira Liberdade Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very quiet at night. The location is fantastic—it's in a safe neighborhood, just a short walk from Avenida da Liberdade, and surrounded by several restaurants right across the hotel. There is also an Auchan supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away, as well as several souvenir shops nearby, making it very convenient for travelers.
What impressed us the most was the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was also excellent and definitely worth it.
Our only minor issues were that the Uber pin location was not very accurate, which occasionally caused confusion when booking rides, and that the bathroom/shower area is enclosed with frosted glass, so it may not offer complete privacy for those sharing a room.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to couples, families, business travelers, and first-time visitors to Lisbon.
PpawnpawnI have been visited Lisbon for three times, stayed in three different hotels each trips. Neya hotel is the best one in terms of best services/cost. The room is super clean and quiet, the breakfast provides multiple choices of food. The hotel reception with 24 hours service with multiple languages, English, French, and all etc., Everything is excellent !
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.
GGuest UserGreat city views from the rooms. Bedroom light switch was broken therefore had to sleep with lights on. However problem resolved quickly once communicated to staff.
