Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae offered a phenomenal experience. Its proximity to Tenmabashi Station, Osaka Castle, and the Osaka Museum of History gives access to a wealth of entertainment and food. The hotel itself had friendly staff that seemed to try to assist in English if ever someone did not seem fluent in Japanese and the self-check-in kiosks at the front also supported four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. The room itself was phenomenal, being one of the most spacious I have seen in Japan. What impressed me most, however, had to be the washroom. It was not only incredibly clean, but also the most spacious I have seen to date in Japan. The room also came with a complementary carton mineral water which I thought was quite nice for quality of life. The television is also well equipped information and entertainment and even lets one share their phone screen onto the television. There is also a convenient panel next to the bed that has various functions from controlling the air conditioning and lighting to notifying the staff whether one wants their room cleaned or not. The breakfast they offer, served buffet-style was comprised of various offerings reflecting Japanese, Chinese, and ”Western” culture. While the offerings were satisfactory, I also felt that they may have spread themselves to thin with the variety of the offerings and thus the quality of the individual items suffered from it. In addition, the meal felt like it only partially captured the spirit of each tradition it drew from and ultimately lead to the overall experience being a confused motley of flavours. Overall, while I only stayed for a single day, this was one of the better hotel experiences I have had in Japan.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.

Facilities: microwave oven/refrigerator/washing machine (with washing powder)/pots and pans/chopsticks, spoons and forks/knife and cutting board;
Hygiene: My daughter likes to walk barefoot on the carpet, and her socks are also clean. Overall, it is cleaner than my home;
Environment: The location is also very good. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to Shin-Imamiya and 10 minutes to walk to the zoo (we are with the children);
Service: Although the whole process was through email exchanges, communication was barrier-free, and check-in was also convenient and safe;
It was a very correct choice to choose you this time. I brought my parents and children with me, and I could cook and fry, and there was also detergent. I felt so much belonging.

Located in the heart of dotonburi, just a street across the main dontonburi street. Hotel is located opposite the Korean embassy, so security is good in the area. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but they allowed us to check into our rooms. This hotel receives many guests, there were multiple other groups checking in at the same time as my group. Staff also speaks limited English, but was able to communicate with them using google translate. Front counter is at level 1, with a bar counter right beside. Level 2 is a lounge area, with seats and even a pool table! Gym is also located at level 2. Shared washing machines were located at level 15, but guests are required to collect a key to enter the laundry room from the front desk. Rooms were of decent size, but lighting was slightly dark in my opinion. The shampoo, body soaps, hand wash were great, I loved the smell of it!

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Glad to have chosen this location as it's away from the absolutely crowded Dotonburi but not too far from station (5 min walk). Because I came to Osaka from Kyoto
So the arrival time is earlier than the check-in time
So we need to deal with the problem of luggage storage first.
The speed of customer service replying to messages is super fast, amazing and efficient👍🏻👍🏻
This time I stayed in a triple room (only for two people). The room was very big.
Spreading two 29-inch suitcases is no problem
There is also a small cloakroom, which is convenient for hanging your coat when going out.
There is a function in the bathroom that I think is the most surprising thing in the whole trip.
The bathroom air conditioner has a ”clothes drying” function! !
Ability to hang laundry in the bathroom
Turn on the air conditioner (can be set for up to 8 hours) and it turns into a large dryer! ! !
The clothes I washed at night were all dry after I slept! !
And the month I travel is December! ! It’s really difficult to dry clothes in the cold winter, but I really love this function❤️❤️❤️❤️
Stayed for three nights and did laundry for three days! It’s really a plus for people who like clean clothes👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Advantages
-Distance (Location is good enough to see on foot when sightseeing in Dotonbori and Namba area, but it wasn't noisy and the surrounding area was clean, so it was okay. Convenience stores, supermarkets, and markets are also close by on a straight, flat surface, which is a big advantage)
- Spaciousness (Japanese accommodations are generally very narrow, so it was nice that it was larger than a regular hotel and had all the cooking utensils inside. Tableware, pots, microwaves, gas ranges, etc., and my friend who went with me also said it was spacious, making it one of the best accommodations I've stayed in Japan so far. I liked it the most because it had a bathtub in the bathroom.)
-Washing machine on the 1st floor (it's inconvenient because they don't provide multiple towels, but the other advantages make up for it. Also, I had to wash my clothes anyway, so it was nice to have a washing machine on the 1st floor. However, there's no dryer, so that's a shame...you can use it on the veranda. There is space, but there are no clothespins and there is a risk of it flying away)
- Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation. All my friends who accompanied me said they liked it.
disadvantage
- I felt the bed was a little humid. ㅠㅠ The bedding is a bit thin.
It was a little difficult because it felt wet. Other than that, it seemed to be unfriendly since it is a hostel where trash disposal and other details are managed in detail.
- There is also a vacuum cleaner, but the soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good.
I wish I had more tools to clean it. Since we do not provide a separate cleaning service, it would be nice if, in addition to the vacuum cleaner, something like a broom or a broom were provided when staying for more than 3 days... and a laundry basket too!
Other than that, I didn't feel anything major!
The accommodation was like a cross between a well-managed Airbnb and a hotel.

Although this does not look big in the photo, it is already a big room in Japan. The sanitation is also very clean, and the socks are not black when they walk barefoot for three nights. A small shower room is fully empty, easy to use and light, and the shower faucet is flushed to the door and there is no water overflowing. I feel the design and workmanship of Japanese space utilization. Basic toiletries are available. No one came to clean the door in the middle, and you can use a vacuum cleaner to suck the floor. In addition, garbage disposal does not need garbage classification. It is closer to Nihonbashi Station, walk for three to five minutes, and it is a little farther from JR Namba or Nanhai Namba. There are always ten minutes. Overall praise.

민민호I was worried because it was a new B&B with no reviews, but I was quite satisfied, so I'm going to introduce it to you through a review.
I made a reservation and searched the Shin-Imamiya area the day before I went to the accommodation, and I was a bit worried because I saw posts saying that it was not safe, but when I actually arrived, it was a pretty clean and quiet area.
The accommodation seemed to be an apartment that had been newly remodeled, and most of the building seemed to be managed as accommodation.
The apartment entrance also has a double-method structure where you have to enter a password to enter, and there is a sticker for the accommodation company.
The elevator works well, and the apartment itself is clean.
I stayed 11 nights in Japan, and I went to 9 places for 1 night each, and stayed here for the last 2 nights, and it was the best value for money. (Room 201)
The bed was good, and the kids liked it because it was a bunk bed.
The bathroom was separate, but it was a bit small, and there was no space to put towels or clothes when washing, so it was inconvenient. There is a smart TV, a hair dryer that blows a lot of air, a microwave, an induction that works well but is a bit underpowered, a coffee pot that looks a bit undermaintained, various dishes, pots, and a fan.
The water comes out well, and when I asked about the towels, they said they would change them once for free since we were staying for 2 nights, but we couldn't ask them to change them because we left early and came back late.
The only thing that was inconvenient about staying for 2 nights considering the price was the soundproofing.
The chassis is a bit thin, so there is a lot of noise.
In the morning, there was a constant noise outside, whether it was a garbage truck or something.
I was a bit noisy late at night, so the man next door was really surprised because he was yelling at me. Haha
The location is close to Shin-Imamiya Station (5 minutes), but it is sandwiched between other stations, so you can get to several stations in less than 10 minutes.
Mega Don Quijote is also close, and if you have strong legs, you can walk to Namba in 20 minutes.
We bought a 1-day subway pass, so we were able to get around.

JJo89This is one of our most comfortable hotel/airbnb stay in the whole of our Japan trip. We have been to Osaka 3 times for 5-7 days stay and this is by far the best, affordable stay.
Room is really clean and new.
Towels are fluffy and soft.
Great shower taps with micro adjustment for water temperature. Heated water comes out consistently. (Comparing with some reputable hotels), no cold water burst during shower. Awesome!
separate shower and bathtub, big plus point.
Washing machine function well, balcony for drying clothes.
Room looks like what’s advertised and way better than expected considering the price.
Big, comfortable, enough space for couples.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are of good quality, not drying.
Beds are really comfortable, comforters keep use warm enough. Pillows are not too high or hard.
Curtains are not the total blackout kind, so bring eye mask if you’re a light sleeper but normal sleeper like my husband can sleep through the early morning sunrise with no issue. I slept really well even though I am a very light sleeper.
Close to train station.
Met the staffs on our first day and very friendly and helpful.
Highly highly recommend.
Would definitely stay here again when we visit!

GGuest UserIt's been a long time since I last stayed in Osaka Hano at a newly opened apartment hotel on November 2nd. My favorite condominium-style apartment hotel is within walking distance of Namba. I read somewhere that Daikokucho is the most popular station in Osaka to live in, so I was curious about it, and it's close to Namba, and Imamiya Ebisu and Namba Yasaka Shrine are also nearby, so it's convenient. Located 3 minutes from Daikokucho Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. There is a convenience store 1 minute walk from the hotel. It is within walking distance of Namba at 1 station, and it takes about 30 minutes to access USJ. A hotel in a great location for sightseeing. I walked from my hotel to Amerikamura in Shinsaibashi. I thought it would be faster to walk than to transfer at the complicated Namba Station, so I walked from the hotel to Namba Yasaka Shrine, a scenic spot that I was interested in. Namba is just a 10-minute walk from Namba Yasaka Shrine! It has great access to Shin-Osaka Station, Umeda Station, Tennoji Station, and other areas on the Midosuji Line, as well as easy access to Kyoto. I took a limousine from Umeda to Itami Airport, but Shinkansen is also convenient since it's easy to get to Shin-Osaka. Stayed in a premium theater room. You can do laundry, there's a kitchen, and there's a bath. Super convenient♪ I like high-end luxury hotels, but this is the best hotel where you can stay as if you were living there! It's very convenient to be able to do laundry in your room, and even if you get back to the hotel late, there's a kitchen so it's easy to make dinner. I like staying at hotels that have washing machines because I can wash my clothes at the hotel and then go home, so it's not that hard to do laundry, and I don't have to carry dirty clothes in my suitcase. Completely contactless check-in and check-out. A password will be sent to your email address, and you can easily check in using a QR code, and check out for the latest check-in and check-out methods.

DDaxiaxiaoshengIt is very close to Tsutenkaku Tower and Ebisu subway station, and not far from Shin-Imamiya station. It is generally quite convenient.
The room is enough for a family. Although small, it has everything. This hotel perfectly reflects the meticulous and exquisite style of Japan. There is a partition between the living room and the bedroom! There is a washing machine with laundry detergent! The bathroom can be used to dry clothes! There is an induction cooker for cooking! The refrigerator has a freezer for storing things!
The only drawback is that you need to check out before 10 am, and there is only one elevator. At this time, everyone is waiting for the elevator and it takes a long time.

SStarCarftThe room is big enough and has complete facilities. The only downside is that I received a scam email once. Another small drawback is that no matter which subway station it is, it is a little far away. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk. But there are many choices of stations, such as JR Nankai, Midosuji, and Sakaisuji Line. There are residential areas and supermarkets around it. It is very close to Tsutenkaku. Another drawback is that the air conditioning cooling method feels a bit inhumane. I caught a cold on the second to last day.

GGuest UserThe room is big, with two 2.4-meter beds, which are actually four 1.2-meter beds put together. It is very spacious for a family of four to live together. It is very convenient to wash clothes, and the bathroom and shower room are separated. There is a simple kitchen. Everything is available. Of course, the price is not cheap. We stayed for five nights. It was about 1,800 per night. The location is good, and it is convenient to go anywhere. It is less than 20 meters away from the commercial street of Shinsaibashi. It is located at the intersection of business and CBD.
The service is three points. First, the sanitation and water and toiletries are cleaned once every three days. This is normal for apartment-style hotels. Second, the check-out time is 10 o'clock, which was agreed long ago. No problem. We went to the front desk the night before to apply for a late check-out until 11 o'clock and charged 1,000 yen. It is no problem, but it seems too stingy. This should be free in China. Third, when checking out, we went to the front desk to store our luggage and go out for dinner. The beautiful lady at the front desk took out a bill and charged 1,000 yen. The child's father said a few words but she refused to charge for free, which was a bit embarrassing. I was a little speechless. I might be a little ignorant. I stayed at your house for five nights, but you charged me for storing my luggage for an hour. How much do you hate money? The child's father thought that the money was not much, so he gave it. I didn't want to indulge this kind of behavior. Later, I told her that I booked on the Ctrip platform, and there was a free luggage storage service on the order. After showing her the order page, she didn't charge me. The money is really not much, but it gives people a bad feeling. It is inevitable that people will think whether this is only done to Chinese people.

Very Good
GGuest UserMy son, a student, stayed here with his friends to go to the TWICE concert at Yanmar Stadium. It was my first time to book a self-check-in hotel, so I was nervous about whether we would be able to check in on the day. We stayed with 5 people. When I checked the reviews, I saw that there was a mistake on Trip.com and they had trouble with the futons not being prepared for the reservation, so I was a bit worried. It seems that the outside around the hotel was smelly. It's in a lively downtown area and convenient, so I think it was a good deal. The information at the hotel entrance was in 4 languages and colorful and flashy. It's just as shown in the photo. There was also a poster with something that looked like a religious solicitation, so I wondered if it was really okay to stay at this hotel? They were suspicious and contacted me from the local area. In the end, that was just before we entered the room, and the inside was clean and well-equipped, so they seemed very satisfied. Futons were properly prepared for 5 people. It seems that there were sheets and other bedding on the first floor in case there were not enough sheets. (At first, it seemed like they thought they had to bring this into their room and prepare it themselves.)
There was a balcony so we could go outside and hang out the laundry, which was very comfortable. We were able to stay for a low price, and were very satisfied with the value for money. We would like to use it again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
