True to its reputation as the world's number one hotel this year, I absolutely loved it. The service was impeccable, anticipating every need. I especially enjoyed the hotel's infinity pool; the views stretching endlessly, with all of Hong Kong laid out before you, are breathtaking. I'll always be a fan of the Rosewood.

I chose this hotel for my birthday trip to Hong Kong, and they thoughtfully prepared a cake for me. The night view was absolutely stunning, and the service was warm and welcoming. It's incredibly close to the Avenue of Stars and Nathan Road, making it super convenient for getting around. Definitely worth a return visit! The only thing to be aware of is the pool next to the smoking area by the hotel entrance – they should really add a sign. When you're admiring the night view, it's easy to mistake it for a glass walkway and accidentally step right in.

Everything about this hotel was great! It's a beautiful place, and with Christmas approaching, the decorations were exquisite. The location is also super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong, highly recommend it to everyone!

Seriously unbeatable value for money! The complimentary HKD 800 dining credit was enough for a meal for both rooms, and surprisingly, the food was delicious and affordable. All the breakfast items are made to order, and the service was impeccable. There aren't many shops downstairs, so for meals, you either walk 10-15 minutes to the south side of Central, or walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, which also takes about 10 minutes – still quite convenient. The Peak Tram entrance is right outside. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. After staying two nights here, moving to the Sheraton in Tsim Sha Tsui felt like going to a village.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very comfortable. Outside the window was a beautiful sea view. Kowloon Station is right downstairs, making it super convenient for the MTR, Airport Express, and high-speed rail. My only minor complaint is that the Evian water in the room was labeled ”drink to your heart's content,” but it cost HKD 85. Also, the bag in the room said ”feel free to take,” but it was HKD 100! 😂

My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong was an almost flawless experience. The room was always impeccably clean, with exceptional attention to detail. From the bedding to the bathroom and daily housekeeping, everything contributed to a sense of comfort and peace of mind. The interior design maintained the Mandarin Oriental's iconic classic style, exuding a 'golden age' aesthetic that felt sophisticated and elegant. In an era where many hotels chase trendy aesthetics, this timeless quality is particularly rare and appreciated. Living in such an environment, one naturally slows down and savors the inherent tranquility of the space. Even more impressive was the overall service quality. Whether it was the front desk, room service, or restaurant staff, the service was natural, meticulous, and perfectly balanced – never intrusive, yet always there when needed. This thoughtfulness wasn't just a standardized 'protocol service'; it was a professional touch imbued with experience and warmth, making you feel genuinely valued. During my stay, I tried four of the hotel's restaurants, each with its own highlights. The Cantonese cuisine at Man Wah was stunning; the Iberico pork char siu was succulent and flavorful without being greasy, and the crab roe fried rice was aromatic with rich, layered textures – a flavor I'll fondly remember. The Wellington beef at The Chinnery was cooked to perfection, with the pastry and beef complementing each other beautifully, making for a delicious dish. Café Causette's set meals were well-balanced, satisfying without being overly heavy, making them ideal for everyday dining. The desserts from The Cake Shop were equally outstanding, especially the rose jam, which was the best I've ever tasted – its pure aroma and perfect balance of sweetness and tartness were truly memorable. Overall, the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong is more than just a place to stay; it represents a long-standing commitment to 'classic elegance,' 'service,' and 'quality.' If you're looking to experience a hotel in Hong Kong that truly stands the test of time, the Mandarin Oriental remains an unparalleled choice.

We encountered a typhoon, and the previous hotel was fully booked, so we made a last-minute reservation at The Peninsula. Since it wasn't booked through their official website, we couldn't check in early. Service: Throughout our stay, there was always someone available to assist us. Ordering room service was also very convenient, and I highly recommend the Chinese food. Environment: It's very close to the subway, and you can even walk to K11 underground (so no worries about sun or rain). To get to the airport, you can take the A21 or A25 from K11.

The overall hotel environment is great and very quiet. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to both Exhibition Centre Station and Wan Chai Station. You can even use the skybridge directly, so no worries about rainy weather. If you want to go to Tsim Sha Tsui, you can take the Star Ferry, as it's very close to the pier. The hotel's breakfast is fantastic; it's à la carte, with Chinese, Western, and Japanese options, plus some additional items you can order. Personally, I find this more convenient than a buffet. I highly recommend the Japanese salmon set! The in-room dining menu is also excellent. The room is quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, with two 1.5-meter single beds, making it family-friendly when traveling with kids. The hotel also provides unlimited complimentary drinks and snacks daily, which is a huge plus! They can even provide milk for children. Overall, it's pretty good, but there's room for improvement in the details. I had requested baby amenities and a cot in advance, but when we got to the room, none of them were prepared. The cot installation afterward wasn't professional either; the bars weren't secured into the mattress, and the bedding wasn't neatly arranged, with the mattress and bed frame showing, which wasn't a very pleasant sight.

I almost always stay here when I'm on business trips to Hong Kong. The ladies at check-in even recognize me now, and it always feels so welcoming when I go! No major issues, though some of the electrical appliances are a bit old, and some rooms can have a bit of noise. I'm sensitive to noise, but they always manage to sort it out for me. If only they'd update the in-room dining menu, I'm getting tired of it! 😂 The coffee and tea are both excellent, and the location is super convenient. I'd still highly recommend it!

GGuest UserIt’s a very good hotel with friendly staff, and spacious given that it’s in Hong Kong 🤣 cleanliness is good too, although no disposable amenities and drinking water provided. Although you can take the water from lobby, but would prefer to have bottled water. Location is not exactly at the busy streets and do expect some walking to nearest convenience stores/metro station. Overall I’m satisfied with the hotel and will reconsider starting again.

AAnastassThank you for a wonderful stay. I had no problems here. The hotel is in a still good place where I can get a rest and enjoy an ocean view. This’s my second time and I hope not the last. There’re many different restaurants at the subway station and shops to explore. I’m into that area. Thanks.

MM624408****The room was very spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary dinnerware. The views were open and expansive. While the location might be a bit challenging for first-time visitors to Hong Kong, the hotel offers several complimentary shuttle services to and from Central daily. The Pedder Street shuttle stop is conveniently located at the bus station near Central MTR Exit D1. There's also a stop at IFC, but I haven't personally used it, so it's best to inquire with the hotel for specific boarding points. If you prefer taking public transport, from Admiralty Station Exit B, turn right for about ten meters onto Tamar Street, then turn right again and walk twenty meters to the bus stop for the 12A. It's only two stops to the hotel, at the 'YWCA' stop. From there, walk back about twenty meters to reach the hotel. When heading back to the hotel from Central, the 12A bus is also the best option. It will first go to Admiralty Bus Terminus and stop for a few minutes while the driver takes a break. You can simply wait on the bus; there's no need to purchase another ticket. I figured this out after staying for four days, as the 12A is a short circular route specifically designed for MacDonnell Road residents. Every time I queued at Admiralty, I'd see people already on board, leading me to conclude they had traveled from Central and were waiting to go up the hill back to MacDonnell Road.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel because we had an early flight from HK airport. First good points were that the room looks clean and they have a shuttle to the airport and to an MTR next to a shopping mall, this is handy as there are not much around this airport hotel that is within easy walking distance. Then we had an issue! When we moved a chair there was a large life cockroach hiding by the skirting. We called the reception and we were offered another room. We were told that they have changed us to a premium room but the cleaning weren't great. As I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands there were couple of hair and a dust particle in the basin. It looks like the housekeeper flicked the cleaning cloth into the basin and forgot to wipe clean afterwards! Shame as it is a handy airport

11383237****This was my husband and my first time visiting Hong Kong for two days. When I booked, Island Shangri-La was the only hotel that offered a refundable option, and I had heard great things about their service, so I decided to book it. After checking in, I truly experienced the prime location. Right across from the hotel entrance is Hong Kong Park, which, although not large, is beautifully scenic. The plants and trees are all labeled, there are fountains and streams, and even a delightful aviary with various birds to observe. It's perfect for families with children. Diagonally opposite the park entrance, not far away, is the Peak Tram entrance – surprise number two! Buying a 'red diamond' ticket allowed us direct entry, saving a lot of waiting time, and we got to enjoy the stunning Victoria Harbour view from the top. Below the hotel is Pacific Place mall, a high-end shopping destination, and a short walk in front takes you to the seaside park, which is incredibly convenient. Now, about the hotel service – it was excellent, absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was warm, thoughtful, and highly professional. She helped us get a room with a beautiful view, which was a huge plus! All the staff members were humble and polite, and their Mandarin communication was excellent. The concierges at the entrance were courteous and welcoming. For breakfast, the hot noodle bowl was quite large, and the young man serving piled on plenty of toppings, cooked just right – it was delicious, surprise number three, and definitely deserves praise. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

TTraderMoeOverall the hotel was an excellent choice and we would definitely stay there on our next visit. The location was centrally located in the Wan Chai Hopewell Center. The complex has a shopping mall and a food park marketplace of eateries. In the neighborhood within a 5 minute walk there is shops, restaurants and various retail establishments. The MTR and ding ding is close by as well. Only issue I had and it was minor - there was a mishap with a maintenance we reported. The swimming pool was closed for winter maintenance. There was also a washer/dryer in the bathroom to do your laundry.

GGuest UserStayed for 2 nights in the Deluxe Room and we really liked our stay. Quite modern, with adjustable air conditioner, big bed, etc. Personnel was very profesional and helpful. Location is very good for us, since a 10 min walk to the Subway station isn't a big deal for us. Our only complain is that the free WiFi was quite slow, making the use of apps like Instagram completely impossible sometimes. We hope they work on that, because everything else has been perfect. Would highly consider to stay again here next time in HK.

__M1351726****Hotel COZi Wetland in Hong Kong offers incredible value for money! The rooms are spacious and spotless, with super comfortable Sealy mattresses and expansive river views. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the shuttle bus and free WiFi are incredibly convenient. It's also within walking distance of the MTR station and a shopping mall. The smart water dispensers on each floor are a great eco-friendly touch, showing attention to detail. Staying here in Hong Kong is absolutely stress-free. Highly recommend!

KKc_cYFirst hotel I initially booked for 6 nights but upon arrival found out Agoda did not book my room which is a great inconvenience having to look for another hotel. But I managed to book via trip.com and stayed 3 nights, hotel receptionist lady is great providing me a room upgrade. One of the best hotel, big spacious and comfortable room which comes with a jacuzzi bathtub, with bathrobes, in-room iron, iron board, security safe, toiletries, all things I needed are available, is near to Jordan mtr just less than 2mins walk, single mtr line to mongkok, tst, admiralty/central stations, shops all nearby, western breakfast and food is delicious, plus there is a 24h self service laundry washer and dryer just outside the hotel, didn't try the gym which is in the Madare residence section in next building. Big 👍 for this hotel highly recommended.

HHl32The room is spacious and the location is great, with plenty of small eateries nearby. It's about a 7-minute walk to Mong Kok East MTR station, if I remember correctly. I'd recommend bringing your own toothbrush, as the ones provided are wooden and might hurt the corners of your mouth.
