The car was in excellent condition, very new. The dealership's service was also good; they even gave us an umbrella and a phone holder when it was raining when we picked up the car. The dealership staff were all Malaysian, so communication was entirely in English.
There were two issues, however. First, any extra fuel added upon return was non-refundable, but any shortfall could be deducted from the deposit. So, adding extra fuel is actually bad, which is somewhat the opposite of the policy in China. We added about 20 liters too much, but luckily, fuel prices are cheap in Malaysia. The dealership apologized and offered a discount next time, and even gave us free transportation to our next destination.
Second, they changed their address. It's now behind Baby Ramen, and the address on Ctrip is correct. However, the confirmation email they sent and the default address on the navigation app showed the old one, so we went to the wrong place initially. This was very misleading, especially since they themselves could get the confirmation email wrong.
Overall, the car was in good condition, and the service was polite and courteous; it was alright.
