We stayed at Center Hotel in Xi’an and were very happy with our choice. We booked a room with two double beds and a view of the Bell Tower — and it turned out to be the best decision! The view from the window is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening and at night when the Bell Tower is beautifully illuminated. It creates a unique atmosphere and makes the stay truly memorable. The hotel itself left only positive impressions: everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we really enjoyed everything. Great location, amazing views, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

The staff were incredibly kind and patient, especially with guests who don’t speak Chinese. A special mention also goes to the breakfast team, who stood out for their attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast itself was good, with a decent variety to choose from. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished in a modern style. I especially appreciated the Dyson hairdryer — such a nice touch to have even while traveling. And the mattress deserves a special mention: one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, truly outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. My only regret is that I only spent two nights, because everything about this hotel was simply lovely.

I was traveling solo and chose this hotel because of its central location, making it super convenient to get around. It's also very close to the subway station, and there are plenty of great food spots on the walk from the station to the hotel. Plus, the price was quite reasonable compared to others. For this price point, this hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. Facilities: Pretty comprehensive, and it has its own unique style, unlike other hotels I've stayed in before, haha. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did a fantastic job; everything was spotless. Service: The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. I even stored my luggage after checking out, and they were all very patient and helpful 😊. Environment: I slept really well; it was very quiet at night.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. You can even walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. Transportation and dining options around the hotel are also very convenient. The service attitude was great; check-in was very fast. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a good separation of wet and dry areas. The room temperature was just right. Pure water is provided for guests in the hallways, elevators, and lobby. Breakfast was quite rich, combining both Chinese and Western options, including Shaanxi's characteristic Qishan noodles. The watermelon and dragon fruit were of good quality and very fresh. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and the whole experience was amazing specially with Muzi (Moot, not sure if this is how it’s pronounced)! From the first encounter she was diligent, thoughtful and patient with all our questions. When we arrived I needed my coat cleaned, the coat had specific instructions for washing and drying, all of them were met and a nasty stain from oil from the day before disappeared. We had noisy neighbours who were constantly speaking between rooms with the door open through the hallway and kids screaming and running around, I shared my concerns with Muzi and less than 2 min someone was on our floor and resolved the issue. We needed to order food to our room and the app wasn’t working, Muzi promptly showed up and ordered food on our behalf and we had a lovely local meal. The hotel restaurant however, we arrived at 20:30 they said they could still serve us even thought the restaurant closed at 21:00, the food was clearly reheated. We complained and they refunded us. While we understand it was late we would have preferred honesty instead of trying to serve us reheated stale and dry food. Overall a great experience a spacious room, clean facilities, great breakfast and great location to visit this amazing city! We will come back 😊

For this trip, I stayed at the Orange Hotel Xi'an. Its location is excellent, making it very convenient to take the subway to various attractions. It's also close to famous sights like the city wall, so getting around is a breeze. The hotel facilities are well-equipped. When we checked in, the staff escorted us to our room and explained all the features, even setting out slippers and helping us boil water in the kettle. Their service was very enthusiastic, and they even offered tips for exploring the surrounding area. The hygiene is impeccable, very clean and tidy. The room itself is quite spacious, and the Yongning Gate night view spot is also nearby. It's super convenient for going out and shopping. This hotel's rooms are very clean, large, and have excellent natural light. Plus, it's incredibly close to famous attractions. Although the breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety, it's delicious and tastes great. They even have Saizi noodles! I was traveling with my child, and my child enjoyed their wontons. The service attitude is exceptionally warm and enthusiastic. While the facilities might not be top-notch – perhaps due to an older renovation that hasn't been updated in a long time – the cleanliness and quality of service are outstanding. The bathroom, though older, still has a wet and dry separation, just like modern ones. The staff's service is incredibly warm; when we checked out, they even gave my child a small souvenir. Their service, including the farewell gift, was excellent.

Highly recommend the Xianyang Baiyue Hotel! It's a lifesaver if you have an early flight. The free airport shuttle service is incredibly responsive; the driver confirmed my itinerary in advance and the ride was smooth, getting me to the airport with plenty of time. The service is exceptionally thoughtful – check-in at the front desk was efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any request. The room hygiene is outstanding; the sheets and duvet were clean and odorless, and the bathroom was spotless. Every detail showed great care, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xianyang!

The facilities are excellent and very clean. You can see Xi'an Bell Tower right from the room. It's very close to the subway and Yongxingfang, both within walking distance. You can also take the subway directly to Huaqing Palace and the Terracotta Warriors. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave us complimentary fruit upon check-in. I'll definitely choose麗怡酒店 (Liyi Hotel) first for any future trips.

Its advantage is that it's not by the main road, so it's relatively quiet, but the main road is only about 30 meters away, making it convenient for getting around.
