Everything was impeccable. Thanks to Manager Li Jinshan for upgrading our room to a 180-square-meter duplex villa, which was perfect. The room has its own hot spring pool and spa room, so you can comfortably have a classic Bolian spa in the room. The homemade cake given by the hotel for my child's birthday tasted great. The return flight was a late flight, and Manager Li was very considerate to delay our check-out until before dinner. The hotel also provided free airport drop-off service. Next to the hotel is the famous Hot Spring Temple, and all rooms face the Jialing River, with an unparalleled environment. The hotel service is responsive and perfect. Thanks to Manager Li and all the staff for letting me spend a perfect holiday at Bolian. I will definitely come again next time.

love the free gifts and free drinks provided in the fridge which is also free flow at the lobby. service was amazing, convenient shop is below, area is not very near to the busy area (jie fang bei etc). amenities are great, hot spring bath is good. however, the room located at level 8 is scary as it seem quite run down. it seems like we are the only people staying at that level, which is quite dark. floor is sticky as well but slippers are provided. overall is pretty place to stay… if u dont mind the run down pathway to the rooms :)

This hotel is the biggest and the best when we go here. The reservation also comes with free hot spring tickets, strawberry picking and car washing tickets. The price/performance ratio is quite high. Visit the scenic spots by the lake during the day and pick some strawberries (but strawberry picking is a bit expensive, I regret that I didn’t bring water in, you can pick while eating, I will have experience in the future), soak in the hot spring at night, it’s quite comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and checked in quickly with a woman named Clover, she was very helpful and kind and got us to our room quickly. The villa we stayed in was an amazing experience. It has all the things you would need like a hot spa pool, very large bed which was very comfortable. There was also two tvs and plenty of room in the villa. It was very clean and we were served dinner and breakfast and the quality of the food was great. While in the hotel, we only managed to go to the archery range but there are plenty of activities to do for most people. Overall it was a fantastic experience and it was a perfect way to spend with romantic night with my partner. Highly recommend to anyone!

The hotel is located next to the tourist center where you can purchase tickets for Wulong Karst Geological Park and Fairy Mountain, etc. There is also transportation to the various attractions and Wulong Railway Station, which is super convenient. The hotel is also located near restaurants and a supermarket. The room is very comfortable. It looks very newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and come with a heater that you can turn on during cold weather. They even cover the sharp corners with rubber gaskets to provide a safer environment for the kids. The owner and staff are very friendly and nice! They will give us their honest opinions and also recommend nice restaurants in the area. Overall, i will strongly strongly recommend this hotel!

The resort environment is really great, with lakes and bamboo forests, but it's a pity that we can't take a good look on hot days. The hotel is Chinese style, calm and heavy, classic enough, and the rooms with private hot springs are even more interesting. The service is meticulous and considerate, you will feel it at the front desk. The breakfast is quite rich, especially the noodle stall will help you with the seasoning, the ingredients are sufficient and the taste is good. You must use the two hot spring tickets given, surfing is so fun. Recommended!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful, location is great, the breakfast has variety of choices, a nice buffet. They have been very helpful to accept foreigners even though they don't speak English. The room is very big and bright, AC in different rooms, have a living room, a office room and the bedroom. The price is great.

A hotel with a very high cost performance ratio. It only costs more than 500 yuan in the off-season. There is a private hot spring in the room. The smell is different from ordinary water. The staff said it is hot spring water. If you want to go to the hot spring outside, you need to buy an extra ticket. I personally think it is also very comfortable to soak in the room, play games and watch TV. Finally, I would like to thank Xiao Tang in the lobby for giving us breakfast for free. The beef noodles for breakfast are not worse than those outside! In general, it is really comfortable to come here in the off-season now. I plan to come again with my boyfriend when I have time!

We brought our kids here to play. When the front desk assistant Xiao He saw that we brought our kids, he took the initiative to upgrade the parent-child room and recommended places in Chongqing where we can bring our kids to play.
