First time at this resort. Amazing hotel. Staff friendly and nothing was too much, very helpful. Great entertainment for Christmas, they made it special and memories to cherish. Hotel clean, varied food and drinks to suit all. Entertainment team, put on some great shows and encouraged all ages to join in. Spa treatments and indoor pool very relaxing. Private beach, which was clean and well looked after. Near to local Madina and harbour. Will definitely be going again.

Leila was looking after my room 297 she did a brilhante Job always make nice decorations in my bead and very clean and tidy room she was so nice .She is very friendly and always smiling.whenever I need something she always helped me. I hope to see her here when I come back in the summer.

Super friendly staff, comfortable room and good food especially the breakfast. The hotel vibe is peaceful and relaxing. Great place to unwind and relax. While we couldn't swim as it was cold, we still enjoyed long walks by the beach which was awesome.

Un formidable séjour, je tiens à remercier la direction qui est formidable et toujours à l'écoute mais surtout très reactive mais aussi l'équipe de réception, du bar, du restaurant, le personnel d'étage... En ce qui concerne le restaurant vous trouverez un choix varié, frais et pour tous les goûts (spécialités tunisiennes, vegan...) Le dîner du 24 décembre ainsi que la soirée était vraiment digne d'un 5*, extraordinaire ! Au bar un large choix de cocktails est disponible avec alcool ou sans alcool ! Mini club, pianiste, saxophoniste, spectacle... toujours quelque chose pour occuper vos soirées! Spa avec piscine couverte disponible. N'hésitez pas à vous rendre dans cet hôtel vous ne regretterez pas!

Im here with some of my family now On arrival we were greated by a member of staff who was very helpful, my room is clean with everything you need also a pretty view 😊 the hotel its self is a little dated in few areas but it actually suits the hotel, We are staying all inclusive and the food is amazing I can't fault it at all ,staff are very attentive, and can't do enough for you. We met a lovely lady staff member called Najwa from Djerba who was very helpful making sure we had everything we need , there was a couple of things we asked for and she made sure it was done immediately 👌its people like her what make this hotel a higher standard. Will definitely come back again and can highly recommend 😊

Hôtel exceptionnel, visité en 2022 et retrouvé de nouveau en 2024. Gastronomie et plats des plus savoureux et particulièrement le coin des spécialités locales un grand merci pour le Chef. Équipe très agréable, au petit soins et toujours souriante je n'épargne là personne de mes compliments (réception, restaurant, nettoyage, gardiennage...) Chambres propres et un effort de modernisation très appréciable à été opéré depuis ma dernière visite Je visite cet hôtel d'habitude durant les vacances de fin d'année et peut être que j'envisageais une visite durant l'été pour savourer les piscines et la plage. La seule bémole reste la piscine couverte et le centre de Spa qui ne sont pas reliés directement avec l'hôtel et qu'il faut y accéder en passant par le parking. C'est un peu gênant lorsque il fait froid ou lorsqu'il pleut.
