Nothing is good except location Front desk is friendly and helpful

A super perfect hotel, everything is excellent! The bath water is very hot and comfortable, the location is excellent, a must-see hotel, the price/performance ratio is super high, downstairs is the life supermarket bus terminal to sell phone cards, very convenient! Will stay again!

It's located behind the bus station, so it was nice to be able to rest quickly when I took the bus to Algeciras at night. The receptionist was kind and even helped me print my ferry ticket.

Old and dark hotel. Dirty room, old facilities and poor operation. The mattress collapsed, collapsed. They don't know how to make the beds, they just put the sheet on top and that's it, they also smelled very bad, like dirty. The succinct terrace. The only saving grace is the friendliness of the reception staff. Average breakfast buffet, average quality.

L'hôtel était magnifique, propre et très grand. Les réceptionniste sont très sympathique et parlent plusieurs langues. La chambre spacieuse, propre avec une baignoire et un balcon. Les serviettes étaient propres et il y avait un sèche cheveux, du gel douche, du savon et du shampoing à disposition dans la salle de bain. L'hôtel est situé à deux pas de la gare des bus donc facile d'accès si vous venez en bus (par exemple de Gibraltar comme nous). Je recommande cet hôtel à 100% car je n'ai aucun point negatif à citer
