So first of all, the rception is at a different property across the street. I have a bit of an issue with it as i am a solo female traveler and was hoping for some more safety features. The room doors don't have peepholes or chains given that this is a separate building.
Wifi spot is on the 3rd floor so if you are on 1st floor, you are s?!* out of luck. In my first room on the second floor when i needed a repair, the scheduled technitian was 45 min late for his appointment and it took about 4hrs to swap out a TV, which at the end didn't even have the feature which was originally broken.
There is no sound barriers. When anyone above flushes their toilet it sounds like your room is flooding. Any chair movement in the enteire building is like someone taking a fork to a chalk board. The buildings main entry door slams shut and you can be sure that you will be woken up every night throughout the night.
Building next door has construction and the jackhammering starts by latest 8am

Nur eine Nacht
Nach unserer Zugreise brauchten wir ein günstiges Zimmer für eine Nacht.
Zimmer sind schön, jedoch hellhörig.
(Dies ist wohl in ganz Spanien so)
Man bekommt das ganze Geschehen im Treppenhaus mit.
Check-In und Frühstück im Gebäuse neben an.
Kleines Buffet auf engem Raum mit zu vielen Menschen. (Auf der Dachterrasse)

Liten pärla mitt i gamla stan
Bekväm avstånd till strand, castiljen fina strandpromenader och restauranger. Hotellet var modernt och rent. Frukostterrasen med oförglömliga vyer.

Nice but cockroaches
Nice and clean rooms and great location, but there was cockroaches in our room. Other than the cockroaches, it was a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful Stay
My stay was great… I arrived earlier than planned and my room was ready. Jorge was very nice and showed me how to get around the city.
The rooms are spacious, calm and the bathrooms are quite clean and modern.

Perfect value for money
Best value for money hotel I’ve visited. Lovely terrace and a bigger room than anticipated. Very helpful staff that made us choose our next location in Alicante with BeAlicante. The huge terrace overlooks a beautiful church. Picture on terrace taken from the Milagrosa breakfast terrace. Easy 5/5

Excellent little hotel.
Really great hotel. Was very clean and happy all round. View was of the street across from another hotel which was the same company. 8 mins from beach and sea front. Just below the castle. Would stay here again.
